I never write reviews, but this place has me extremely heated because I've been waiting 6 WEEKS for them to return my money. I've contacted them multiple times and I keep getting the same run-around, Covid-19.
If you don't have any issues with them I suppose they might be okay, but if you have a problem don't expect it to be solved, especially where money is concerned.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else, anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They have zero customer service. No way to return items and they NEVER answer the phone or return calls.
I wrote a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they closed the file because the Clothing Shop Online never answered their question.
A God awful company. I wouldn't give them 1 star.

I dont recommend buying from this site. You can't ever get through to talk to anyone in customer service. I have been waiting to receive my refund from 3 shirts that I returned and MONTHS later still have not got my refund. I have emailed them numerous times and got one response but no follow through. Very dissatisfied.

Made about 3 small purchases and things were fine. Made a large purchase and my shirts get delivered to an unknown address. Went through the whole process of filing a complaint with UPS and UPS sent refund to clothing online and they claim they never received. You can't speak with a person only through email and they only respond with sorry we haven't received any refund. This has been going on since September. Please don't buy anything from them.

Scrolled website for product of interest. Placed items in cart to review shipping charges, but did not place order. A week later, an order was placed for different products. TWO weeks later received a credit card charge for items placed in cart but not ordered or received. Company claims to understand mistake but will not issue credit. Disputed amount with credit card and advised them charge was fraudulent.

The item was great but the size chart they give is way off. I ordered a medium using the chart and it was way too big. Wanted an exchange but all I get is an automated email reply saying they will get back with me, which never happens. Walmart gave a me ticket to start return but it is so small you need a magnified glass to read it. Will see if Fed Ex can help get it sent back. CRAZY! All I want now is my money back cause if the small won't fit I will have to do this again.

I returned a shirt which was ordered 2 sizes larger than I need, however the shirt was 2 sizes smaller! I returned the product in October (received a POD) but have yet to receive my refund. I sent several requests via email and using their contact form, plus called twice, however I have not received a single reply! It appears that taking returns and not reimbursing the customer is the established process with ClothingShopOnline. I will be pursuing the issue further.

I ordered caps back on Nov 7 with a delivery date of Nov 12. Credit card was charged on Nov 7. They claimed to have UPS's on Nov 9. Crickets. Only a label created. I asked for my money back and they said UPS had to do a tracer. Today Nov 24 they turned them over to UPS. I needed caps before Nov 13. I've emailed their customer service about 6 times and they blamed on UPS not themselves. Don't do business with these liars.

I returned a few items one month ago, my refund hasn't been processed yet and not sure if I can EVER get refund.

Had a Tracking # that said Shipment not found. No call when shipper couldn't locate my address. Got a response on Online Live Chat customer service. Took some days and calls to track order down, but product was fine was I finally got it.

I've placed a couple of orders at clothing shop online and I have been thoroughly impressed with their service. Good quality on the products that I've ordered. Also the turnaround on receiving my shipments have far exceed my expectations. I will continue to shop with clothing shop online.

2nd order and same scam message: Joselin Duran (Clothing Shop Online) Due to current COVID-19 circumstances, we have noticed an increase in fulfillment time on behalf of our carriers. Due to stock availability, the remaining part of the order was shipped from a different warehouse via USPS tracking #9405511898524825291273.( this tracking nr do not even exist!) Your order was undeliverable as addressed. It is being returned to us at the moment. Has been 5 weeks still waiting for my money!

I'm giving Clothing Shop Online zero stars for customer service. They are terrible. They do not stand behind there clothing items. I received a very dirty Comfort Colors crew sweatshirt. I immediately emailed customer service. I tried washing it off with plain water. They were not answering calls and did not answer my email for 3 days. I did try and wash the item because my customer needed the shirt. The stains did not come out. Even though I contacted them with pictures within an hour of delivery they will not replace the item. Do not order from them.

After reading the negative reviews I was a little skeptical about purchasing anything. I ordered items as a guest and then proceeded to make an account, but when I went to locate the tracking information, it wasn't available. I called the customer service number but no one could take my call, because of COVID-19 I presume. So I emailed the company, but no one replied back to me. However, I did get my package in a timely manner and I hope to shop with this company more in the future.

I ordered three items–2 t shirts and a hooded sweatshirt. They confirmed purchase quickly and sent an email saying order had shipped—but tracking number was "unfound". Despite this… one package came in 3 days… another in 4 days. They clearly just process orders and have stuff drop shipped. Quality was fine. The price was the lowest I found during my merchandise search. Can't speak to return policies etc… or customer service–as everything was OK. A piece of advice to the company–don't send tracking info that doesnt really exists–it makes customers paranoid–especially in light of bad reviews.

Bought 3 shirts, one had manufacturing defect. Notified them immediately. 32 days later they reply to tell me it has to be returned within 30 days.

I emailed them after my purchase with a compliment and a few concerns about quality. They have not responded which is poor business at best. If you need them to back up what they sell. Don't hold your breath! They have my money and I have their inferior products

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I Ordered 2 XXL long sleeve shirts. I got three sweatshirts, all in the wrong size. Requested return. Waited two weeks for reply. Return granted. Had to pay $15 shipping for their screw up. They gave me a shipping label AFTER I mailed the darn package back. Then, I never got my refund after they received the go back. Resolved through Pay Pal thankfully, but I'm still out 15 bucks. They do not answer queries. You can't talk to a person.

I placed an order for about 18 shirts on July 5th and have yet to receive anything. They sent me an email saying the shipping label was created on July 6th. USPS has no knowledge of the shipping label. When I contacted their customer service again I'm not receiving any response. They wont refund me my money as I cant even get a response as to what's going on. Any time you call the number they have, it's an automated message no matter what time you call. At this point, it's safe to say this is a scam. Kiss you're money goodbye. Do not purchase from this site AT ALL.

I ordered over $80 worth of merchandise and paid $24 for expedited shipping. Clearly whoever is running this site. Is not from England. Not a professional business. Was told my items were shipped but a tracking number was not available. Then later on the same day and email came through saying they checked personally and my item has been delivered but no tracking is available. Then I said I wanted my money back. And then they said my order was purchasing and there's no way to stop it. I'm sorry! Yeah no! I just lost a grip!

during my first order, this store did not put me one t-shirt in the parcel, but it turned out to be the lesser of mistakes. In total, I ordered 12 white T-shirts, of which 10 are stained with cockroach $#*!. Yes, they have stains from cockroaches. The support service refused to return the money for these t-shirts. This is a terrible store, get around them.

This company does not put the customer 1st. When you try to work with their customer service they give you blanket statement. Nothing is personal and it's sad to spend money and not be appreciated as a customer.

Ordered T-shirts. Size was correct but neck hole was so small I felt like I was being strangled
when I wore the shirts. Called customer service. They were so busy due to "high call volume"

Paid for four items, received one. When I call customer service they say they have a high volume of calls and no one is available. Left a message on phone and on website, still no response. They dont answer their phone regardless of what time you call. I will never order online again without researching company first. They sent email saying order has shipped, but hasn't moved since June 7th, not received by USPS.
