The other 3 have gone missing in the mail, I鈥檝e been waiting almost 2 months now. Who knows if they鈥檒l come.
I usually wouldn鈥檛 care about things from overseas going missing but I spent a solid $180 AUD on this order which is a lot for me.
Customer service is also a joke. I told them my items haven鈥檛 arrived yet and after a few useless emails back and forth, me saying no it鈥檚 not at the post office etc, they asked me if I had checked the mail?
Like what.
Never again ordering from here.

I ordered one thing back in April, card was charged April 26th, and its now June 20th. The tracking information says it was delivered at the end of May, TO THE WRONG CITY! I checked the address from my order receipt, it's entirely correct. I've been in contact with the seemingly only customer service representative "Anna" with the issue and so far I've either been told to wait for an update (until I message them back a week later asking what's up) or sent the same faulty tracking information. Such a scam. It's been two months with no package to speak of and not a single ounce of help from them about what appears to be THEIR MISTAKE.

I am from HK , i am a recent victim buying from this Freud company
this company is obviously a SCAM , i order on 18 th Feb and I still cannot receive my packages for 1.5 months
i called the couriers to check my packages and they said there was no such order
i email the CS , they blame the cornovirsu , it was super funny coz oi still receive packages from other seller like ASOS Everlane , they are authentic companies based in UK and Italy .
the virus just stopped people traveling around and certain product import (like facemask) , the only explaination is their source are also from Mainland China factories ( people cannot go to work these days ) and they use the very cheap MainLand couriers of bulk shipping so they are stuck in CHina
I bet they are just Mainland Chinese pretend to be Amercian and US company to cheat people..
everyone just try to tell 20 people from our freinds and ask them to tell 20 people so that there won't be anyone got cheated again
Cothingonline also send someone to hack to my gmail account after i told them i would try my every means to tell people truth if they don't refund me >.< What a criminal

I鈥檝e ordered a cashmere pullover (it was written in the description and unfortunately I WAS used to trust online shopping), it鈥檚 price was 130$. 5 weeks later (!!) I receive a synthetic horrible pullover of a Chinese brand with no tags of fabric composition on it.

Ordered my shirt over a month ago from the current date of 3/8 and I haven鈥檛 even received an email saying my package had shipped. I, somehow, received a reply to my concerned email simply saying they鈥檇 look into it. (Something many others on here didn鈥檛 seem to even get the luxury of). Haven鈥檛 heard a word back in about a week.
Just want a refund at this point, but they only offer in-store credit, which I鈥檓 not even going to mess with. I will contact my bank this week to charge back the $30+ I foolishly spent on this scam.
Don鈥檛 be like me, just get your cheap and worthless clothing from somewhere else, rather from this scam, who don鈥檛 even seem to ship customers their correct order most of the time. 0/10 rather have just burned the cash because the fleeting joy I would experience from that would be hundreds of times better than dealing with these scammers again.

UPDATE: Finally received my order on April 2nd, after over 2 months of international shipping shenanigans. The item is nothing like pictured in the photos, the print is pixelated and completely different colors from what the website showed. This would have been passable, except for the fact the print is pixelated and seems like it was stolen and cut out poorly in photoshop. The material, while surprisingly strong, is stiff and uncomfortable faux silk. The button holes are just cuts in the fabric, with no stitching around the holes to protect it. The buttons are cheap plastic and are too small for the holes that don鈥檛 even line up completely, not to mention it鈥檚 outright missing a button. The item just smells bad in general, and it鈥檚 not from shipping, like the fabric itself has a weird funk to it. Using the sizing chart provided on the website, I ordered two sizes larger than I should have, but the item fits like it is two sizes too small. I am confused to how this item was supposed to even fit a person, considering the only person I鈥檝e found it to fit is my large Maine Coon cat. Very disappointed in this company and their false claims and inhuman fitting clothing.

TL;DR Overall, I would describe my experience as 鈥渄isappointed but not surprised鈥? 2/10, the 2 being that the product actually arrived, somehow. Never again.

Also, for the shirt I've received, they wouldn't accept any return cause there isn't any damage. The picture on the website was misleading.

I ordered a fedora hat on the first week of November and didn't receive a package until the November 25th – so nearly an entire month to ship one item…. ONLY TO GET THE COMPLETELY WRONG ITEM IN THE MAIL! I received a turquoise dress….. LIKE WHAT????!!!!! Not even a hat. I just sent them an email about either giving me a refund or exchanging my item with the correct item and sent a screen shot of the purchase for proof. They have not yet gotten back to me, but based on the reviews below…. I don't think my email will serve much good.

I bought 2 items. After I paid for them they sent me an email informing me that one of the items was unavailable, offering me a credit for the same amount to use for a month.
I told them I just wanted that item so I was expecting a refund from them to buy a similar item somewhere else.
Still 2 month with no answers from them. Absolutely Fraud.
By the way, the item that did arrive (the 2nd one) is very poor quality for the price. ALL BAD

I ordered from this website on the 9th of MARCH. It is the 18th of MAY and I have only received 6 out of 9 of the items (this is not an achievement), and even then those items took 3+ weeks to arrive. I am extremely disappointed in this online shopping experience– customer service was definitely of no help to me. I emailed them about why it was taking them so long to ship my items 2 months ago and received a reply from them that they will check on the order. 3 weeks later– still no response– I email them again– no reply at all (I'm only reviewing this now because I forgot about it for a while).
Also, shopping on this website is a complete ripoff as most of the items sold on the website you can order yourself from Alibaba for a MUCH CHEAPER PRICE (I only realised this after purchasing from them– stupid I know). In fact, there is no advantage whatsoever to shop on this website! The only reason anyone should shop at a reseller's website is if the website can ship all the items together all at once– this is not something clothingonline.co can offer. All my items came separately in a span of 2 months.
I also noticed that clothingonline.co has removed their old page on trustpilot full of bad reviews… This one has much less reviews but even then they have more bad reviews than good ones. If this doesn't make you realise that this is a bad website, I don't what will.
