Ordered a few items, one particularly important for a formal work party. Website says 10 business days for shipping. Made the order on November 21 2019. Needed the one item by 12/14/19. Got the order 01/15/20. Throughout this time the company only worked by email or Facebook messenger. I spent $181 on items from them and they would not refund me anything more than 35%. At one point in mid December they're email was shut down, I got multiple undeliverable emails. Thank god I filled a dispute with my bank 12/5/19 or I would be out that money. When I finally got them to agree to take the items back they would not provide me a shipping label back to China. It would have cost me $223 to send it back. My bank awarded me the refund and I no longer needed to work with the company. I know this all happened previously but I've not found away to warn other people till coming across this site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE! It鈥檚 been over 3 months and still have no received anything! Finally I got one pair of boots I ordered but still missing the other pair of boots and coat I ordered! The customer service sucks!! I asked for my money back and they completely ignored me.

Poor material, the goods do not match the photo, customer service for non-existent return. For the money spent, for the poor quality and for the lack of assistance is like a theft.

They looked so legit and when I first searched for reviews I didnt find any but..
1) I never recieved my order (its been almost 1.5 months)
2) I got a reply when I first made an inquiry asking for a refund and the response was to ask me to wait and they gave me tracking info that doesnt work,
3) BUT I have had no reply the last 3 times since I have tried to contact them about the refund I asked for.

Absolutely devastated with the rubbish I have received! My winter coat full of fur is actually a raincoat with fleece. My yellow Hoodie has arrived as a pink and grey hoodie. 拢80 spent on tat that should cost no more than a tenner! Awful customer service and delivery took 2 months.

If you haven't ordered yet, DON'T! When I purchased my items back in November I was looking for reviews and found none so I decided to take a chance. By week 4 of not receiving anything and going back and forth with "customer service" I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charges. I completely forgot about the whole thing and then today, 8 weeks later, a part of the order came in and it is the cheapest quality I've ever seen. It's not wearable! Luckily I got my money back but needless to say this stuff is all getting donated!

I ordered coats from them and when I was at the site, they are saying they r still in China after 6 weeks. I live in Illinois and need them for the winter so I would never order again. I never order on line because I am always worried they are a scam and the one time I do this happens.

Please don't order from them. They sent a wrong order a month later and refused to refund or take the product back.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! Took over a month to receive a jacket I ordered my daughter. When it finally came it looks NOTHING like what I ordered. I am extremely upset! And judging by the other reviews it seems like I won't even get my money back.

Worst site to order anything from. I ordered a coat , it took longer then a month to come. Once it arrived it looked nothing like the one I ordered, straight trashhhhhhh.

Never order anything in the website. They will just take your money. I order some coat for almost 2 months and I still never get it. And they texted me the tracking number and I saw my order still in china. I cancel I ask for refund but they don鈥檛 don鈥檛 do anything.

I've ordered a puffer jacket, they send a thin coat completely different than the one on the image and they refused to provide me with any information on how to return it. They stopped replying to my emails and completely ignoring me. Stay away from this website.

This is a scam company likely affiliated with Galalinlin and a few others who seem to sell very similar products.

I ordered something from Galalinlin, never received it.

When you look closely on their websites, it鈥檒l become obvious they鈥檙e not genuine.
