hello im a fashion student in malaysia and i love Chuu i had been to korea and bought some of your clothes and i am wondering could you explain the history of chuu brand? and the founder? i want to make a presentation for my university project thank you ~ nice to chat chuu 鉁?

I didn鈥檛 experience any problems with Chuu really. Their customer service is pretty good and they reply pretty quickly compared to some companies that reply to me days later. The shipping was also pretty quick (coming from South Korea to California) taking about 5 days. I鈥檓 sure you know this already but I鈥檓 just going to say it, PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SIZING. It鈥檚 pretty obvious because it鈥檚 all Asian sizes, I get it. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. I鈥檓 not going to take off any stars because it was simply my fault. Something I didn鈥檛 know about Chuu was that they have different manufacturers ? I previously bought a plain pleated skirt from Chuu in my normal size (a US size small) and it fit perfectly. However this time when I bought a different pleated skirt in a size small (Strawberry Milk sweet girl skirt) I could barely get it past my thigh and I couldn鈥檛 even get the side to zip up. The tag on the sweet girl skirt says Chuu on it while the other pleated skirt I previously bought says joyshop on it. If you鈥檙e thinking of purchasing the strawberry milk sweet girl skirt, just know that a small would probably fit you if you鈥檙e a xxs-xs. It鈥檚 even smaller than a pleated skirt I bought from Brandy Melville last year, and their clothing is already pretty petite. I planned on returning the strawberry skirt however due to high international shipping fees (the post office gave me an option to pay $40-$99 usd to ship a skirt that weighs a few ounces to Korea lol). You should also know that you get store credit instead of an actual refund which wasn鈥檛 really going to be an issue for me because I like their clothes a lot haha. From now and forward though I guess when I buy the wrong size again I鈥檓 going to have to sell them which isn鈥檛 necessarily a bad thing either.

I was a bit tentative at first, because I'd never ordered from Chuu's website and it was a little messy to navigate, but I was amazed by how quickly the order came and how attentive the staff are. I submitted a query and got a response within two days, and they are willing to accomodate. I used to buy my Chuu clothing from Yesstyle, but realised buying it directly from Chuu's official website is way cheaper and quicker (often almost half the price including currency conversions!). Quality of the clothes are always great- definitely my new go-to site for K-fashion!

Wow! I am so impressed, shipping was a bit high but that鈥檚 to be expected with shipping overseas but I am in love with this company- took only 3- 4 days to ship to U.S, and tracking the package was easy. I bought just a mask but it is very good quality and very cute. 鈽猴笍 Will shop here more and highly recommend this place!

Awesome delivery! I asked Chuu if they could deliver it before May 25th, and it already was here on the 18th. They also update you a lot with tracking information and I received my package within 1,5 week. I鈥檓 really happy and it鈥檚 soooooo good! Thank you 🙂

One of my favorite brands!

I've shopped here many times and the quality is great! Shipping is super fast and the customer service is good. the only problem I've ever had with any of CHUU's items was a small sewing mistake on a dress i bought, but i was able to easily fix with a pair of scissors. I also love that they offer multiple sizes which is something many Asian clothing stores don't have.
Overall a very good brand to shop at!

This is more of a 3.5 rather than a 4 star review. I'm really happy with the quality and the look of the bras (they look exactly like the images), but both underwears had a hole / tear in them so that was a downside. Customer service was also good at keeping me updated and my items arrived quickly when they were shipped.

What I am disappointed about is that my items were sent seperately on different dates, meaning I had to pay the import duty twice. 2 of my items were facing delay issues so my first item was sent early, but I would have preferred if it was sent later with all my items together. Since they were sent seperately I had to pay the doubled amount of 拢36.20 for the import charge on top of the cost of my order, which is more than how much my items cost individually. I wish I was asked if I wanted my items to be sent separately or together. That way I could have avoided the unnecessary additional cost of 拢18.10.

Additionally, I ordered 3 items initially but the 3rd item was still facing severe delay issues so I was given the option to cancel it and informed that even if I didn't cancel it there was a possibility it could be cancelled later on if the delayment issue with the manufacturer continued. I actually wanted the item but I cancelled it because I didn't want it to be sent in a third seperate package and have to pay the import duty a third time which would have made the overall import charge 拢54.30. This could have been avoided if they were all sent together at a later date. Again, I wish I was asked if I wanted them shipped seperately or together. I am however happy my refund for the third item arrived quickly after I cancelled the order.

Overall, despite the inconveniences I experienced I really like the products (excluding the underwear) and customer service was great. I wanted to order from Chuu again since there are other items on the website that I like, but I'm not certain I will now unfortunately.

Fast and low cost shipping,cute clothing and accessories and amazing customer service.I order a coat which wanted to take with me on my vacation and knowing their policy on shipping the orders between 3-12 days I asked them if it is possible to send it the same week so it could be here on time.The next day it was shipped!Really appreciate it and besides that I had a few mails asking me if I received my order so I can enjoy it on my vacations.I will continue happily to make purchases from chuu 鉂わ笍

I might've had a very bad luck according the other buyers. What I got was a dress with a hole on it and red/white bikini that turned all red when I went swimming…. Quality has seemed poor on the items I've ordered. Even though the custom service works perfectly. They refunded my money as a store credit to use on their website. So I ordered a yellow dress, shirt and earrings with it. Yellow dress and the shirt was just poor quality and earrings started to loose their silver color really fast turning rusty..
Maybe you have better luck than me.

I needed an order on a very quick turn-around time for my graduation, and Chuu's team were so lovely and accomodating! Though the item was not in stock their customer service team was so understanding and immediately replied to my concerns. They updated me at every stage from restocking to shipping, and definitely eased my stresses about shipping times. The order came on time and it was of high quality as always from Chuu. I cannot recommend them enough! Their customer service is run by such sweet and kind people, and I cannot appreciate them enough for being so thorough and giving me such high standard service. The items themselves are always exactly like the photos 🙂 Thank you Chuu x

This was my first experience ordering from this website and I couldn't be happier. Shipping was super quick (it came in about a week and a half) and I got all my items! Clothes fit to size and the quality wasn't cheap. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

If you're still hesitating on whether or not to shop from this store, this is your sign to do it! I've ordered from this brand twice, once on YesStyle and once directly from the Chuu website, and I can wholeheartedly say that Chuu definitely has the cutest, highest quality clothes at such fair prices with wonderful customer service.
The Actual Clothes Themselves: I've ordered a bunch of cute basic shirts off of Chuu, all of which are such nice quality. The colors and fit were exactly like the pictures. Chuu does a great job of representing every little detail of their products, so this is no surprise. I've also ordered a shirt from their Strawberry Milk line of clothing which was also exactly like the pictures and very nice quality, so if you were worried about different clothing lines being different, have no fear. The last thing I ordered from them was a denim skirt that Chuu didn't make but is still sold by Chuu. Also great quality and just like the pictures, but I did have to cut the button holes out. Keep that in mind in case you weren't sure about the third party brands they sell.
The Website's User Friendliness: I gotta say that there's definitely a learning curve to buying from Chuu's site. It is a Korean website for a Korean brand afterall, so there'll be a few things you have to wrap your head around when ordering. For instance, sizes and measurements will be in cm's as opposed to inches (and for some reason, waist measurements for their jeans are like half the size of what the actual measurement is? that's my one gripe about the website, for some reason the waist measurements for their bottoms aren't accurate so definitely check the reviews and cross examine clothing sizes with different sellers that carry Chuu clothing) It's definitely more user-friendly to buy Chuu products off of a third party seller authorized to carry Chuu (make sure they're an official carrier!) like YesStyle, but the Chuu website is great once you get over the learning curve.
The Customer Service: This is the whole reason why I'm writing this review in the first place! I placed my first order directly from the Chuu website for the first time three days ago. I noticed on the email they sent me confirming my order that it said processing times will take anywhere between 3 days and 12 days, which made me panic because I was set to move across the state in about three weeks. If the processing wouldn't be done in at least half that time in the worst case scenario, who knows how long shipping would take since the package would be coming from Korea. So, I sent Chuu's customer service an email explaining my situation and asking if there was anything I could do to speed up the processing time. They quickly and politely explained to me that they would try their best to get my package to me in time. To my delight, the next morning, I got an email that my package was processed, shipped, and would be arriving to me on Thursday. I ordered on a Tuesday! The carrier that took care of my package also sent me daily updates throughout the entire process, and my package was delivered that Thursday just as promised. 11/10, amazing customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations, delivering my order from Korea faster than orders I placed from American brands who were shipping from America.
TL;DR: Chuu is 110% the best ever. Cute clothes, cute prices, cute quality, cute customer service. Definitely recommend. You'd be hard pressed to find these same adorable clothes at this quality at this price here in America. I'm in love. <3

I discovered Chuu in 2017 and have purchased from them countless times. I love their -5 youth skirt, -5 kg shorts and – 5 kg aero cool jeans. Their customer service is also amazing and replies as quickly as they possibly can. I would definitely recommend Chuu to my friends and family.

I have purchased from here three times. International shipping is a tad expensive, but it comes quickly in good packaging, and the quality is great, just like the pictures. 100% trustworthy this is probably my favorite store. I have no complaints, and I will probably spend all of my Christmas money here.

amazing company… idont usually write reviews for companies but iv seen been a good customer to chuu for a year. not once have i had an issue with anything. their clothes are amazing quality and perfect fit! also their cosmetic range… it鈥檚 to die for. i have really sensitive skin :(, iv never wore makeup and after chuu i can happily wear it because they use good ingredients. as long as this company is running il be a loyal customer!

I absolutely love Chuu, it's my all time favorite korean fashion website. The shipping can sometimes take a little while but that's understandable since I live in the Netherlands. They have a lot of cute clothing, and the quality is always super nice.
