First order with them was fantastic but made another order on the 16th Jan, still no shoe鈥檚 or make up, still in Italy, no answer from emails so had to call, to then be told it鈥檚 a Brexit issue and that鈥檚 it. Have a feeling I鈥檓 not going to get the package and customer service is just appalling. Avoid!

AVOID at all costs!!!

Its been 19 days since my order was sent. Still no sign of parcel… Waited 2 hours on hold for the call just to be ended. Customer Service useless. For a 拢700 parcel I expect answers immediately!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!
The most poor costumer service ever experienced in my lifetime!
I emailed way before BREXIT in November asking for returning FAULTY product with new pictures as requested … its been 2 month.
I just don't understand how is it even possible LUXURY BRAND can't deal with this situation.
Greatly disappointed !

Bought some Boots. Tried them on and realised it's the wrong size.
Did send the Boots back on the same day I received them.
Now I am not getting my refund because the Boots are damaged??? The red Sole has signs of use????
I only tried them on and realised straight away it's the wrong size.
Tried to get in touch with the Management. No reply.
So far I have no refund or the Boots.
Avoid this company it's my advice.

Ordered two pairs or shoes, 拢545 each. I was unsure of size and they do not offer an exchange service so advise you to order multiple pairs and send back the ones that do not fit. Tried on both pairs for no more than 2-3 minutes on a carpeted surface and sent back the size that was too big. After chasing them for a month they eventually replied saying the shoes had been warn and damaged and I wasn't entitled to receive a refund which is a complete lie.
I have asked for their manager to call me back and details of their legal department but they refuse.
A further two weeks after their email I eventually heard back from them, completely ignoring my requests to escalate my complaint or speak to their legal team but simply regurgitating their pervious email about how the shoes were damaged and would only offer me a partial refund now as a gesture of good will. How about refunding me all my money??
The shoes were not damaged, they were tried on as per their own terms and conditions for only a matter of minutes. If they could be damaged during this process, then they were clearly never fit for purpose.
Will never shop with them again.
Their practice of business can only be described as criminal and I feel like I have had my money stolen from me.
Aviod avoid avoid.

Christian Louboutin Bicester village!
If I could give no stars at all I would!
Yesterday I travelled 3 hours to Bicester village, I waited from 3pm – 7pm to get into Christian Louboutin, they never opened the virtual que, was told they was too busy! At 6 pm the shop had one person in it! I asked if I could go in and was told by the manager that she was so busy!!! I waited I further 30 mins, the shop was still empty and the manager was now on FaceTime to someone and still wouldn鈥檛 let me in, by this time I had to leave, my 3 year old son was with me and had enough of waiting! All other shops like Prada and Gucci had waiting lists, I was no 40 at prada but still got in the shop within 20 mins..
Louboutin is by far the worst organised shop at Bicester and the management has not got a clue.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have had many many products from Louboutin for my wife ranging from lipsticks, nail varnish, purse, clutch bag, hand bags, shoes and boots. She has never had an issue with any but the latest purchase for her birthday a shopper bag has been terrible. For a high end company the customer service is appalling. The zip handle came off after less than 10 uses and they stated it is not a quality issue but a repair. How can a bag costing nearly 拢2000 come apart after a few uses. She had the bag from September and it broke in October. She has had bags from high street shops costing 拢20 and they have never broke. They have repaired the problem eventually but due to inadequate packaging on its return the box is now damaged and my original receipts I enclosed as they requested have not been returned. My wife asked several times to speak with a senior manager but this has never happened just a reply from the customer service assistant Marloes with excuse after excuse. Just totally unacceptable and very poor. I will never ever buy another Louboutin product again. Asked

Two weeks ago I was in to the store/Amsterdam and was in love with a ankle boots but they didn鈥檛 had my size, then the salesman/ Danilos promised that he would order the size I needed and it would take just a week or maybe two to be at the store and he would contact me . I had checked online for the 2 weeks long wile I was waiting to see if my size still was available, and yes they had the size I wished.
As the time past on without any replay for the salesman, I again checked online and the size I wished just was out of stock, I was very disappointed and diced to call the customer service in France to explain the situation and luckily the assistant was great to finding out that was the last pair available in Paris store, I diced that I will never buy any pair of shoes in that store, I find them ridiculous arrogant and care less about they customers, the next time I will try the pair of shoes I need and even when they are available in that store I do will order online, make sure that I never spend a penny in Amsterdam store!!!!

My husband bought me a pair of boots. I wore them once and then the pain in my heel! There are nails sticking out on the inside, into my feet! Phoned customer service, asked me for photos. I sent them. Then three calls later and my husband calling, plus emails they are now collecting them tomorrow. But it says repair! Why a repair these are faulty they should be replaced! Disgusting. I hope they replace them, if not we will take further. Bad service, these are my 3rd pair and my first complaint. I won鈥檛 buy again if they don鈥檛 replace.
Step up, you take good money for poor after service!

I would like to share my experience with this company so you can consider deciding whether you will take the risk for buying something online in their store.
I have ordered a pair of shoes, but I have decided to send them back for two reasons. unfortunately, they do not fit but the pair of shoes already had some marks from a previous buyer. So, I have received already used shoes. On one of the shoes the protection was missing and even not in the box. I noticed this and made a note on the retour sheet. After the retour I got an email with reference to their terms of sales that the shoes are damaged and I must keep and pay them 鈥?great.
Finally, they blame me for the used pair of shoes they sent me and the service employees didn鈥檛 even take into account my position and answered only with standard text blocks like I had to use the shoes on a carpet. This is completely incompetent and unprofessional.
So, I strongly recommend avoiding an online shopping experience like this.

Don鈥檛 buy from Louboutin!!!!!!!!!!

My mother in law and wife have always baught from this brand they recently where in Amsterdam they drove from Germany they baught 4 pairs off shoes and one bag Marie jane belt bag… the shoes came apart from the side where the lace loop goes on the trainers and my mother in laws shoe heal was coming alway and making noise as she walk with gave her leg pain they only wear their shoes to advents and going shopping
The belt bag was not made well or held to the Louboutin standers you expect for the price off the bag when sliver came
Off the zip went brown my wife never went went outside in the sun or rain with bag ,
It was her baby she followed the care and as she has lots off bags from other well know brands
They said we had to go back to the store we drove hours there
they said they will send it for repair it because it was under warranty it was send weeks and weeks later It was sitting in the shop for so long why?the customer service was shocking !!!!
we where given no code to track or number !???why???
no one called to say when we鈥檒l get it back as they promised they would
my wife called it had been a month !!!!! To ask when the bag will be repaired to
Hear 鈥淣o where not fixing it and it鈥檚 final 鈥渢he bag is now in London …..!we want the bag to be sent back to Germany they don鈥檛 even give us a date or send per express
Wev been put out off pocket with hours driving and petrol to get to Amsterdam from Germany to be treated so bad by customer service
She鈥檚 had no bag for months ……no real answer s ……..

on the product care it doesn鈥檛 state the zip can change brown for no reason or even say it may turn brown or give care about the zip
So it鈥檚 clearly a fault in the zip ,
when you have a warranty you expect to have replacement repair or refund by law ……….
And the shoes quality control is so bad my wife had trainers and my mother in law a completely different pair they both had Different issues With them it鈥檚 quality control issues

We are taking action on this and it鈥檚 been put forward ,

Don鈥檛 make a mistake buy from the other amazing brands out their that will treat there customers with respect And value you as a loyal customer

The red sole on the boots were completely trashed after wearing once. Took back for repair and when collected they had put on a pair of stick-on soles.
They also charged 拢55 for this, saying that they had filled a "repair" form, not a "fault" form. As this was just the franchise (Harrods) I had no option but to pay.

Good. I hate seeing ppl say "so uncomfortable" if u actually know the brand/do research you KNOW they are not designed for comfort or the correct size! I have 4 pairs of his shoes and u need to go a size up in heels and half a size in flats and get insoles.

I have to agree with the negative reviews. CLB After Sales Care is appalling! I bought a pair of shoes which turned out to be defective. Even to the naked eye this was very apparent, however, CLB claim to have checked it with their quality department and found it to be perfect! I have several pairs of their shoes and this was the first occasion I had cause to interact with their After Sales Care department. It was a real challenge dealing with them and at the end, to no avail. I would most certainly think 10 times before buying another pair. Just a thought- Why pay top whack for a defective genuine pair when one could so easily get a fake for a fraction which would quite likely be perfect! Very disappointed with CLB.

The poorest customer experience I have encountered with any brand. My husband bought me a pair of their follies for Christmas but after a quick try on – I noticed immediately that my normal size (EU39) felt quite tight. I put the shoes back in the box with their packaging and called customer service upon my return home to Ireland for an exchange. I was told that because I had tried on the shoes 鈥漮n the wrong flooring鈥? I couldn't exchange them. The shoes had not even been walked in and still had their original stickers on the soles, I've never experienced anything quite like it before

the most horible costumer service everrrrrrrr experienced in my lifetime.. never had to wait so long for a return label to return shoes that were missing crystals and damaged … they keep saying due to covid they are short on staff but they are open to sell thousands worth of shoes without providing proper assistance love my red soles but such disappointment if what to go through!!!

Following a repair that was fault of the company anyway. I Have also been waiting 2 months for someone from customer services to ring me back!!!!! Have phoned 6 times now.

I bought a pair of boots 6 weeks ago! 拢1000. The money got transferred to there Milan bank.
They have had my money for 6 weeks! No boots, no refund. My bank launched a fraud Investigation! They are refusing to give my money back! So small claims court to get it back! The customer service is horrible and they have stolen my 拢1000. Shocking and outrageous a company would not send out boots or refund money. And you guessed it no one responds to emails!

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I have received – Flip flops dug down on my left toe so much I cannot walk in them – – the left flip flop keeps falling off – the right one perfectly fine – I have many other pairs of flip flops and I do not have a problem with these – I was not even asking for a refund just an exchange of the left flip flop as it was clearly defective and Christain Louboutin has refused to help – Beware what you buy online with these complete thieves – VERY UNHAPPY

21st birthday present and they glittered away with the bonus of the famous RED sole. The service was amazing especially the returns and refund process (bought 2 pairs for sizing). Thank you for an amazing pair of shoes.

Wish there was 0 star. Bought Kate 100 and the sole split from the shoe after wearing the shoes once for an indoor wedding. I emailed customer services and they said it is normal wear and tear and they recommended that l should send the shoes to a cobbler. They also mentioned that moisture damages their shoes. In my case there was no moisture involved but if you live in England then it鈥檚 pointless to buy this brand. So disappointed beyond words as the last 3 pairs l bought before this year are still good but the pair from this year was substandard. Stay away from this brand and spend your money elsewhere. Their customer service is the worst l have dealt with so far, what a waste of my 拢545! Wish l could post the photos of the shoes.

Terrible shoes! I have the pigalle follies heels and they鈥檙e just the most uncomfortable, bad quality shoes ever! For the price at least, you鈥檇 think you鈥檇 get your money鈥檚 worth but the only reason I really wear them is for the brand. They鈥檙e so uncomfortable, my toes are literally squished in the front of the shoe and all your weight is on the ball of your foot because of poor heel design. They have a little pointy bit of the patent that sticks out on the side even when I鈥檓 not bending my fooy. They also show your toes which is not a classy or elegant look in any pump especially a luxury shoe. Don鈥檛 even get me started on the wear of the red sole, there are literally dints and scratches into the sole, not even just the red paint but the actual sole. Do not waste your money. There are way better luxury shoes out there.

GIVEN AS A GIFT FOR MY 30TH.

Very uncomfortable heels to wear on an outing. Misleading information give ad these type of footwear are ONLY made for the RED CARPET WEAR. Only wore them once and the red sole has peeled off. Very poor quality and very disappointed for the price you pay for them. I wouldn't recommend these heels.?
