I purchase their VIP services and I thought this will be a good dropshipping site, but unfortunately, I am totally wrong! I have 10 orders which out of these 10 orders 1 is I ordered myself for trial. Of course, my own order is ok as I can wait!

But the rest of the order is a nightmare for me. I click and check on each of the items before I list as I wanted to make sure the item will deliver to the country I am selling, but when the item is sold then it will become do not deliver to the country or even no stock.

No solutions are given and customer service always no reply!

My advice to you is to stay away from this site even though they are cheap!

Postage costs outweight total cost of products, it is too expensive to buy from here now.

I have been using the company for a little over two years now as a drop ship company I have had good and bad experiences. I have read through all the other reviews, Shipping has gone up pretty much all over the world and has slowed down. Customer Relation about 50/50 if its order support there great. After sale support IS A JOKE! WARRANTY SUPPORT IS JOKE! THERE RESTOCKING ON ITEM IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. Maybe in China you can order a item and wait 20 days for it to get in stock then another 15 days for shipping but not in North America ! Lately they only items they seem to have in stock lately is the crappy stuff you buy at the dollar store

Prices are wonderful but the shipping is not. The jacked up shipping is how they make the money back. I know I won't be buying here. Its a shame that the shipping is so ridiculous. You lost a good customer. You really have. I refuse to pay these super inflated shipping costs. I'll go elsewhere. See ya

I've placed numerous orders on a single time for dropshipping purposes. The orders stuck at original warehouse for a month before shipping. Even though request to cancel orders, they still proceed to ship. Customer service is slow and not helpful. Please deal with caution.

PURE TRASH. Do not use this supplier EVER. They never answer emails nor are they online in the supposedly "live chat". It says that the chat is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (China time). I tried contacting them for four days straight and surprise, surprise… they never answered! Service could not be worst. Seriously, what a joke. Bunch of scammers!

Worst Platform to buy Products i purchase 4 items recieved 2 item broked and not working i submit support ticket to chinabrand but they said return back to our warehouse now how my customer can send back to warheouse and they will not give you shipping fee but worst platform to buy DONT BUY FOR CHINABRAND I LOST 5 CUSTOMER AND DELIVERY IS VERY LATE TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of the clothes and jewellery some are good quality compared to other websites.
What I don't like about them is that they greedy tricky and full of bad scheme. They don't care for there customers as they send this plated jewellery that have change colour and black .they still send it and when u tell them they pretend to not know and say u have to send pictures for them to see to give refund when they were the ones who send bad things but luckily I use PayPal and file claim agat them for it and get my refund for the bad things . Also same with watches and sunglasses some are good quality and some not good and they send watch which are one two not good even if cahnge battery and some battery finish and also sunglasses have turn colour and not good.shoes it was good quality. They send pendants with necklaces that have already turn black. I like some of there clothes cheaper than other websites and better quality and cheaper normal shipping. Customer service is very bad as they play games and pretend to not understand and make it as if the fault of the buyer when it's them who sends things full of dust from so many years back that have turn colour and the order takes months to arrive . Some even came after a year and some never came at all.

Oh my goodness. Just found China brand after looking at reviews.. Forget it! Not a chance. I thought it was supposed to be free shipping to the US? Their shipping is now more than the product. Forget it. Next

I was selling their products on eBay, their products are not that good I got many returns from my customers on eBay because of their faculty or damaged products. They don't accept returns whatever you tell them they keep stalling.

Terrible for product order fulfillment! They claim worldwide shipping then when I asked them if they could ship a product they said it isn't possible! Had to refund the customer and explain that the item couldn't be shipped here and all they could say is sorry! Sorry doesn't bring me back lost money and a lost customer. Now they have probably found it elsewhere. Will be removing my products that Chinabrands supplies so I don't have to lose out on customers going elsewhere.

Horrible. Half of the orders didn't arrived and they didn't even refunded me for that.

Terrible. Every time I have used them, the items are the wrong size or never arrive. Ive had to refund everyone, and even got bad feedback on ebay. Its ruined my business

if you want to lose time, this store is perfect. I choose the shipping method for my order. the day after my order, the support contact me because I have to change the shipping method and pay for the difference.

with another order received, I asked the warranty and they denied my warranty request because the item was stop production (I bought it 1 month ago).

Scammers. They never ship. Previously you used to get a refund with Paypal but not dont bank on it. For some reason paypal seems to be favouring these scammers. Keep your money. Do not order. Not worth the hassle.

I have USD200 in my wallet account with them however when I request they refund it they refused to do so.
The site is very confusing and will not allow me to save my shipping address and when you advise what shipment method you want which is listed when u purchase a product it will not show it on check out, which when I advised them of the problems with their site – they said do u have any idea on how to fix them and requested, after more frustrating communications with them, that I discuss it further thru their chat room which was always busy. I wonder why!

when they sending they put wrong description they put multimedia players and custom didn't allow me that 2 mobile phones now they didn't refund me. if you order anything put truth item name.
i lost my 220 usd so i give 1 star..

Chinabrand is a bad company
They ship faulty items or item that does not arrive.
And they will not refund you if not arrive
They will not refund you if item shows up broken.
Their refund and return policy is a lie.
They will waste your time with so many emails and emails that do not even help.
100% dishonest company and they will cheat you if you allwo them
I just called my credit card as that is the best.
Fraud and yes they are Gearbest so if you know how bad Gearbest ism then Chinabrands is 100x worse. Most china companies do this but Chinabrands is the worst. The bosss must tell its employees to not refund at all and to cheat

The price is pretty low , and something ( you need to keep your eyes锛宎nd select carefully ) would be great and nice quality. i select some cute plush toys, and select the E-post to ship my order, it arrived at my door on time.
