On the whole I liked the Next to Me Magic & found it an easy way to have my baby right by my side, and he seemed to love sleeping in there. However, unfortunately, a few months ago, I noticed that it was making a terrible rattling sound when my baby moved in it. On inspection, I noticed one of the bars was badly bent so knocking on to the other bar, a major safety concern! I got in touch with Chicco to speak to them regarding the two year warranty. I was told that I was to blame & must have damaged the next to me myself! Absolute disgusting customer service! Why would I damage something that my son sleeps in? I told them that my baby moves a lot & he likes to rock back and forward, but other that that, nothing had happened to the Next to Me to cause that sort of damage. Chicco are still refusing to do anything about it, so now I鈥檓 stuck with something that cost 拢200+, which I鈥檓 never going to be able to use in the future! Beware!

Chicco hoopla bouncer- poor quality and even worst service!
Not a quality make and definitely poorest service by the brand! If you plan to store this bouncer between uses then don鈥檛 buy this product!! Two people pressing hardest with both hands on each side are needed to put the bouncer in flat position. Single person cannot do this alone. After complaining to Chicco I was told this is apparently not a fault! How is it possible for a feature not working to not be a fault is beyond my belief but clearly Chicco does not care for their customer experience. This was my first experience with Chicco brand.. and last. I will not buy any Chicco product ever again!

We were looking for a stroller.
The store is in Las Palmas de Grancanaria
The seller was rude since the beginning.
No big deal that she didnt even greet, but when we asked the item she said No and turned to us to show her butt pretending that she is busy
She didnt offer us the alternative or what even they have
I won't recommend this store to anyone

Dangerous product and poor customer service.
We bought the chicco magic crib as a side sleeper crib and found the product to be dangerous as unless attached to our bed the crib tilts and therefore our baby rolls on to his side.
We called chicco and left a message which wasn鈥檛 returned and tried several more times before getting through.
When we did they advised that this is a known issue.
They provided a harness to level the crib out however we had bought another crib in the meantime so can鈥檛 comment on whether their 鈥渟olution鈥?improves the tilt.
A complete waste of 拢200 and a product that is a safety risk.

If I could give no stars I would. I wrote to Chicco about a safety concern I had with their next2me 鈥榤agic鈥?bed – didn鈥檛 even bother replying to me. I got a Chicco light for the cot too which stopped working properly after a week. Rubbish customer service and products, wouldn鈥檛 buy anything from them again.

Their customer service department is the worst customer service department I have EVER dealt with. They take over 24 hours to respond. I am supposed to be getting a replacement car seat that will not take 8-10 BUSINESS days. I'm not sure what I am supposed to do in the meantime as I had to cut up my car seat per their instructions.

I bought a pram online. I was debated to order at amazon versus Chicco online but in the end, and to support the actual store, I decided to buy at Chicco online. After three week the 鈥渕etal鈥?broke on both sides of the chair (and I鈥檓 using it only with my 11kg son). I contacted Chicco customer service and for the last three month they are just ignoring my mails. If I had bought at amazon I would at least have a good customer service reply…
I would not buy at Chicco online again.
Saying that the pram (before it broke) was a real add for my life.

Product under guarantee and company REFUSES to fix it or pay money back. Be careful if you buy anything from this company as you will loose the money.

If it weren't for the high safety ratings of the Chicco infant car seat, I would have certainly bought a different brand based solely on their customer service. Over a period of 3 days, I attempted to purchase a car seat online. After receiving multiple "error" messages, I called the Chicco customer service line. I was told by multiple customer service representatives that the error was due to a coupon code that I was trying to use. So, I went back and tried to purchase the car seat without the discount code. Yet I still received the same "error" message. I called customer service back again, and they re-routed me to a department that would supposedly allow me to purchase the car seat over the phone. Unfortunately, I was re-routed to a voicemail and never received a call back. On the third day, after still receiving the "error" message, a customer service representative named Cheryl in the United States (whom I had talked to multiple times in the past) told me that actually the issue wasn't the discount code after all. The item was actually out of stock. She had no clue when it would be back in stock, and there is nothing more she could do for me. Her suggestion was to purchase it on Amazon. So, I did. It shouldn't be that hard to purchase an item on a company's website. It literally took half of a week for the company to identify the issue. In addition, their customer service department was extremely unhelpful and unpleasant to work with. I will not purchase another item from this company.

My experience with Chicco is in regards to the liteway stroller. The liteway stroller is a great middle of the line stroller it's very lightweight and durable which is why I purchased this for travel it's easy to pull in and out of the trunk and open up the way the shoulder strap attaches to the waist strap can be a little aggravating at first but once you figure it out Things fall into place it just takes a couple weeks of using it till you get the hang of everything the lightweight aluminum frame is well constructed. It's been about a year now as expected you can feel that a few things have loosened up but nothing is broken it still works well and still looks great and I have nothing bad to say about the stroller overall I paid $89 for it and I see now that the exact same stroller is selling for around 120- $130 I guess when the products are good and the demand Rises so do the prices. I do have to say two thumbs up to Chico for the liteway stroller.
