Spectacular story! I made an order 2 weeks ago, and I gave wrong shipping address, because i moved to a new town. The parcel lost, and i asked for help from the customer stervice. They told, that it's not their fault, and that's true. Despite of this they offered a half amount of reship. I considered it correct, and waited for the new parcel. It arrived record fast, 3 days to germany. I was surprised, because it was a full reship! So thx pirates!

I would love to reset my amount and get that order ID. Only two problems. 1. I tried to reset only says "Warning: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again!". Super bs.

2. I am sorry beeing mad at chempirate. Turns out they did send my order. Only problem is customs took it. Tried to send pics attached in email but they dont open attached files wich is fine but then i sent links to upload page got no answer after that.

Makes me real sad. A-PiHP is now classified as narcotics in my country. If they would have reshipped in time it would have been fine now idk what to do. Damn sad since sample was super quality.

Very very well packed (foil, vaccum, and an awesome astuce) with DPD/DHL/GLS in mostly 6-7 days. Good quality. Many orders and always received. But does not respond always to mails, can not see order history in "My account" and don't send tracking.

Was good page for last months, but i payed for order 25.5. And package got stuck in Den Bosch, re-sended 5.6.2020 and package is stuck again since then, i dont know if this is problem of GLS or chempirate, but if we dont get package we wont order again..its bad, we liked chempirate and got no problems before, but all we hear about them in last months are problems..we'll update if package arrives..

So I鈥檓 changing my review. Product has arrived. Good quality , came within 5 days which is awesome . My only gripe was, they sent me no tracking number , so I emailed them a few times over the course of a couple of days and got blocked(spam apparently, figuring this may be automatic?). I emailed yesterday (over a week since package arrived ) and they responded with tracking number. I then found out it鈥檚 been at my neighbours for a week . So I鈥檓 giving 4 stars out of a possible 5 as there is definitely room for improvement with customer service . All in all though , I got product . Thanks guys .

I was expecting DHL since its one of the company written on shipping services and they been shipping on almost time for many month while all other services are super late.

Packet was sent with normal post with parcel number, could only trace that it was in transit from the location where packages get sends from and no more information at the link I got to trace my package or in the local one.

It took almost three weeks for it to get it, I'm happy it did arrived but the customer support and the short answers and updates are very poor.

I'm tired of paying for this extra ship service and always have to ask for the parcel to track my package and gets replied normally 2-3 days after i sent my request and of course after status is shipped.

Please get better with your customer support and updating customers, I like your products and want to keep ordering here in a safe and smooth way with good communication.

Thank good, been without any fun substances for the whole pandemic, finally something to waste time with at home with.

SCAM. I order 5 days ago, i made the bank transfer and didn鈥檛 get any massages from them, noting. Now i try to access their website and is not working. Have you tried to access their website recently? I鈥檓 waiting for an answer. Thanks and be careful.

Made an order with recorded and insured delivery. Nothing received. Since I have made multiple contacts with the customer service, as well as via the chat window on the website. They never seem to be online in this. No reply whatsoever.
I will now take this as a scam…Chempirate is not operating anymore it seems…Shame !
