If I could, I would rate Cheapfavorshop a 0. After ordering from them for an event they sent our order to the wrong state and said that they couldn't get the product re-routed within a week. Our original delivery was supposed to arrive 2 weeks before our event, and with a week before our event they said they were unable to reroute or send us new product on an expedited shipment. When we asked for a refund as the glasses still are nowhere to be found and the delivery company doesn't know when/if they will arrive, they said that they cannot issue a refund for the product. DO NOT USE CHEAPFAVORSHOP. Scam.

I ORDERED PRINTED MASON JARS FOR GRAD PARY AND CHOSE 1 OF 2 STOCK IMAGES THEY PROVIDED WITH GRAD CAP, BUT IT HAD 2016 ON THE IMAGE. I NEEDED IT TO BE 2020, BUT THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION ON THERE ORDERING PROCESS. I ORDERED AND SENT MESSAGE THROUGH THERE SITE THAT THE YEAR NEEDED TO BE CHANGED TO 2020. I ALSO CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES ON VOICE MAIL THAT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT YEAR BEING CHANGED AND WANTED CONFIRMATION. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK OR RESPONDED IN ANY WAY. I RECEIVED THE JARS WITH 2016 AND CALLED THE COMPANY STILL ONLY GETTING VOICE MAIL AND LEAVING SEVERAL VERY UPSET MESSAGES. I FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL STATING THEY WOULD NOT FIX THE ORDER OR ISSUE A REFUND. I AM DISPUTING WITH MY BANK. NO HELP FROM THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!!!!

Wow! We received our stemless wine glasses only 6 days after approving the proof. All 84 of the 80 glasses we ordered are in perfect condition-no breaks, no smudges. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service from this company. I hesitated at first order from them because of some negative reviews. However with a little reading I discovered that most of those reviews are old reviews and that all of the current reviews were very positive. Do not hesitate to order from this company.

Ordered 85 personalized wine glasses on 6-4-19 , received them 6-12-19 and they are amazing! I emailed for a shipping date and received an email back within just a fee minutes. They are everything I hoped for an more!

The Bad
1) No one answered the phone EVER.
2) I received a defective wine glass and was short 4 glasses and 2 of the gift boxes for the wine glasses were fused together.
3) My flute glasses took more than a month to receive.

The Good
1) Someone named 鈥淰ina鈥?was very responsive to emails
2) I received an extra box of 12 wine glasses and coordinating gift boxes for the shortage and defects.
3) I received 2 extra flutes with my order.

The Fabulous
The customer service has drastically improved per the reviews from previous years and the product is Professionally done! You will be pleased and amazed at the finished product for the price! Order early and be patient, your items will be worth it!

I ordered with this company because of their shipping date that kept showing up, but vanished after I paid. No shipping posted on the receipt. I did order knowing I only had two weeks until my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. And I looked on quite a few sites, and this website had the easiest and cutest choices for what I wanted. I ordered 215 personalized wine glasses and 215 personalized coffee mugs. Shipping date promised was posted as as I was entering in my payment info, but after I hit submit, there was no longer a shipping date, but trusted the date they had given earlier. So I was super excited that this was going to happen!!! Until my mom asked when the cups and glasses were coming, so I thought I would email them. Well, I emailed them on a Friday, they got back to me on a Monday, and told me I should be receiving my order in another 6 weeks!!!!!!! What?!?!?!??! I don't need these cups in 6 weeks, I need them in 1 week, and what happened to the promised shipping date?!?! Panic officially set in. My poor parents wanting to give party favors at their 50th wedding anniversary are no longer going to be able to thanks to this scamming company. My recommendation for them is to not trick people with the promised shipping date. And if you can only get an order done is to call, then don't trick people into thinking they can just order online and think they will get a finished product in a timely fashion. Needless to say, I called on Monday, got a voicemail, and just got a returned call three days later by the same lady that I have been back and forth via email. On a positive note, I ordered from another company and they were able to do a 24 hour rush order, but it cost me $1000 extra dollars in shipping! So don't trust cheapfavorshop's promised shipping date when you order, and you probably should call after you place your order and hope you get to speak to a person within a few days to confirm your order, and hope you get your finished product in time! Or maybe just don't use them at all, and have peace of mind using a local company in your town. Peace.

Didn鈥檛 receive half my order. I tried to explain to them that One of the boxes was sent back to them by FedEx because it was damaged. They insisted that it was delivered, even though, it clearly stated on the travel history on the FedEx site that it was returned. I wasn鈥檛 able to use any of the favors since I would only have enough for half my guests.

Ordered items in February 2018 for baby shower client. Received invoice payment received. Waited a week and decided to contact cheap favor. To my surprise there was no answer to phone call and no response to email. Had to call BBB in New York to get response after 4 weeks. They sent an email said the items were completed and a FEDEX label was created (TRUE, BUT IT WAS STAGNANT). Then I get email saying refund was approved. This is a sham company. Please do not order any items-you will be HEARTBROKEN!

I spent $400 With this company to receive my order with damages. Beyond the company's control but they are who I ordered from. As a result I call them to find out that they don't answer calls and after countless messages left by me no one called me back until 2 weeks later. Only to argue with me about them sending extra glasses in my order. I explained multiple times even with the 2 extra glasses they graciously sent I don't have usable merchandise to accommodate my order of 70 glasses. Once the smart person listened to me say that I have 67 that can be used the lights came on and they ask me to send a email to include a picture of the damages. I sent this email on the call. Days later someone emails me and informs me that they will have the replacements sent by 3/1. On 2/27 1 day before I'm expecting the replacements I receive an email advising they won't make the deadline due to a move??? I reply back giving them until the 8th adkingvif tgat will work and no response for 3 days. I am calling emailing and leaving voicemails and NOTHING.. I'm inconveniencing my client as they are inconveniencing me. Then I ask for the inconvenience to shop me the gift boxes that go with my order free of charge and they refused. Had they answered my call two prior we would not be in this bind. The young lady Jenn is horrible at her job she dies not follow thru or follow up. She lied and said I demanded the product when offered a refund when all I did was say I need the 70 glasses I ordered which is kinda why I ordered them. Not to only have 67 glasses. I begged for a supervisor in so many different ways and of course I've spoken to no one but Jenn. Horrible. I have no faith that I will receive the items by the 8th. But I guess I just have to wait and see.

They communicated with me at every step of the way with my individualized purchase for my wedding. I feel like they went above and beyond my expectations. They sent me more than I ordered. The mugs were beautiful. There was an error with the lids and they realized it before I did and handled it in a more than satisfactory way very quickly. They have been kind, pleasant, and understanding. The company met all of my needs including ones I didn't realize I had!

Imagine a company preying on people that are bright-eyed and happy just trying to celebrate something beautiful. Welp. You found them. I placed an order and 2 weeks later still no shipment/tracking confirmation. I ordered standard little glass jars, meaning: no special order, engraving or anything else necessary, just take them off the shelf and ship them. I have called 15 times and left voicemails to no avail. I have sent emails and received and auto-reply that they will respond within 24 hours. Nothing. UNBELIEVABLE AND SHAME ON YOU!! I will be disputing this with my credit card company and ordering elsewhere. I should have known better from the name alone.

I placed my order of 75 9oz wine glasses and the white paper glass holders which I paid 75.00 extra for on November 6th. Before placing my order I chatted with an online rep and was advised to use the rush shipping option which was an additional 50.00 since my event was taking place on November 24th to ensure that my items would be delivered on time. The wine glasses arrived that next week and were absolutely beautiful and I was so impressed and happy until I realized that glass holders that I spend an extra 75.00 for were not in the box. I called everyday for an entire week leaving messages without avail. Finally I was able to talk to someone on 11/28/17 ( 4 days after my event) and was told that my items would be delivered tomorrow. What do I need them for now!!!! Because of this screw up the morning of my event I had to go looking for something to put these glasses in. I've spoken to Kai in Customer Service 3 times where she has claimed that a refund request in the amount of 120.00 was sent to her manager to be approved and released back to my credit card and as of today 12/30/17 that still has not taken place. This is a horrible company with even more horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I ordered 30 engraved drink coasters. I received 26 not 30 and one of the 26 was
scratched. Funny how the scratched one was the last one in the box, as if someone
was hiding it from view.
I will not order from them again as they are not reliable and obviously can't count.

I would like to thank Cheapfavorshop for the exceptional work and for correcting the mix up in time for our wedding! Some personalized mason jars were missing and some others that we ordered were broken by UPS. The wedding was a week and a half away and we were frantic! 66 were missing out of 200.

The staff worked extremely hard and made sure our order made it within one week of the wedding!! Thank you!!

I placed an order for a custom cutting board. We are a repeat customer and have always had a great experience but this time was different. A mistake was made on the date and I immediately sent an email. I was reassured the correct date would be fixed. 3 days later I get another email saying the date would not be fixed and I could not return the product! I will not be shopping here again.

I wanted to give a good review, but they truly made it impossible. June 30th I placed my order; waited two weeks to get a shipment confirmation. Had to reach out to them numerous times; no one ever answers the phone or returns your calls. The just go into vmail. I finally get a shipment email after two email request and a phone call. They responded by email. FAST FORWARD to yesterday July 14th my shipment arrives im so excited, but i ordered customized glass mason jars wheres the Fragile label? None. Why do i keep hereing a clinking noise? My God! I ordered 23 jars but only 17 of them made it. I wish i could post the pics it was rediculous. Poorly packaged, each glass was divided by a light flemsy cardboard paper, nothing to keep it from moving around in the box, no bubble no popcorn, no styro, no space fillers between the empty glass sections. Just a crumpled shipping paper on the top. I am so disgusted. I called twice, left messages and emailed that was yesterday and today is Saturday. My sons bday is next month and im short on favors. This business has a good concept but obviously poor execution and customer service. They need better management. DONT USE THEM! Pay a little extra to get a better experience… especially for those of you on a timeline. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered glass souvenirs and have yet to receive them, a week later. I even paid for the (3) day shipping. Worst of all I'm calling to check on my order and I am being directed to a personal voice mail. Horrible!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL!! When looking for favors for my reception my mom found this website and we ordered over 120 engraved wine glasses to give to our guests. It was such a HORRIBLE and STRESSFUL experience. My reception was on June 17th. When first ordered, we were told they would be delivered by June 9th. As the date got closer we called to make sure the order was going well, no answer. We called and emailed multiple times after with no answer. Finally we got an email saying that production was delayed and we would not get it by the 9th but they would pay for rushed shipping and we would get it before the 17th. Once again as the day got closer we heard nothing so we called and emailed with no answer for several days. Once again they finally emailed us back and said the shipment would arrive by the 15th but gave us no tracking number or proof of shipment. June 15th came and NO SHIPMENT!!! We blew up their phone and email with NO ANSWER. It's now the day of my wedding reception and we have NO WINE GLASSES TO GIVE OUR GUESTS AND NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL BACK FROM THE COMPANY!!! Talk about HORRIBLE customer service!! SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! THEY WILL RUIN AND MAKE YOUR SPECIAL DAY VERY STRESSFUL!!

This company is bad. Placed large order engraved mugs they came with everyone of them scratched across the engraving they look terrible. So I called them 3 times got no reply, emailed them 10 times kept getting that they made a ticket number and someone will get back to me within 24 hours never did until 11 tries they wanted a picture sent finally on May 25th got a reply that they will refund. Me full amount for my inconvenience. June 13th still don't have refund and I have emailed them 5 more times and have 3 more ticket numbers that no one is replying to. Company is a big con. Never order anything from them!!!!!!!

I paid for the product but never got the shipment. Don't buy anything from this company they are a scam ! Contact your bank to get your money back .
