Really impressed with the service from Chaplins Removals helping us move house last week. From an initial meeting to check our requirements, then delivering boxes in advance so we could pack, to arriving at 8am on the day of our move, safely transporting all of our boxes and furniture hundreds of miles and having everything unpacked by 6pm was amazing. The guys were strong, fast and friendly, handling our property with care. We would definitely use Chaplins again and have no hesitation recommend them to anyone moving house.

After an horrendous move, I was asked if i was happy with the service, which I wasn't and listed the reasons why. During the ensuing exchanges I was subjected to the worst customer abuse I have ever experienced ending in me being shouted at to "Shut up!" He did reduce my bill but he was let off very lightly.
He won't accept blame, so if you choose to use this firm, prey you don't have to make any complaints.

We moved on one of the hottest days of the year but found Wayne's team to be hard working and really helpful. They moved all our furniture into the exact places that we requested and nothing was too much trouble. Great care was taken to ensure that nothing was damaged. It was a pleasure to have the team working with us. One item got left behind in the shed, which Wayne collected and delivered to us at a later date. All in all a positive experience and good value for money.

I do not need to say more about this service, the service and quality of people that work there is very poor. Wayne himself is an unprofessional arsehole.
