This has been a learning curve for me now, have contacted Nochex the company the payment went through to see if i can get a refund.

I bought a Christmas plate for my 4 year old son. This never arrived, even though they have my money. Please do not trust this company – they are con artists and thieves. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!

I ordered a photo frame and paid for next day delivery but the product has never arrived. Any company that does not display there telephone number clearly is not a genuine company. Not responding to any emails either. Will be reporting to my card company and to trading standards.

Tried emailing twice as haven't received my order – no reply!. No phone number to call and speak to someone. Dont use this company as they take your order, take your money then don't send your order!!! Stay away!

Placed order on 15 sept, money taken from my bank account on the same day. 1 oct and the order has still not been received. I have emailed 5 times and no response. There is no telephone number so unable to speak to the robbing b*******!!!!

Don't order from them. The reviews on their website must be fake. I guess I will not be receiving my order looking at all the reviews on here and Google ???
Update 6 Dec 2016 still not received my order, no refund and absolutely no response from this thieving company

I am disgusted at the poor service I have received from this company, I ordered a personalised vase on the 9th of September for my aunties 50th birthday. After sending 2 emails that were unanswered it finally arrived on the 22nd of September BROKEN. I was so disappointed to show up to my aunties birthday without her gift. I have sent 3 emails and 2 twitter message all have not been responded to. I will now be contacting my credit card company to dispute payment of this.
Awful services please do not order from this company!!!!!

I ordered an item for my godsons christening on 25/08/2016 and paid for next day delivery , as of yet 04/09/2016 my item is still not here . the ordering system tells me it is still being processed. i have tried emailing the company on the two different address and have received no response. Avoid ordering from this shoddy company at all costs , i have never had this trouble when purchasing online but i will be a lot more wary thanks to these scam artists.

Terrible service. Payment taken but no gift yet arrived, first class delivery paid for and still no sign. Contacted the company numerous times and still no response. No telephone number to call on their website or the invoice. Wish I had read the reviews first. This company has no thought for customer service. Avoid them at all costs, you have been warned.

I always read reviews before purchasing from anywhere, but for some reason this time, I just didn't. BIG mistake. Had absolutely no contact from this company at all with regards to my order except that the money had been taken. No phone number to contact them. When it finally arrived, my item was damaged and also it was delivered and left in my vegetable waste bin. Absolutely disgusting service all round. I find it incredibly strange that looking at Companies House website and the address of Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Dorset – this company is not even listed! All of the reviews listed on the website are 5*+. I have reason to believe they are either falsifying the reviews OR just choosing to publish the "good ones". All other review sites inclusive of Google show the real side to the company and I haven't found one positive review. SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I purchased a personalised photo frame for my new baby neice and paid extra to have it delivered out faster than the standard delivery. I ordered it 28th July and it finally turned up today… 9th August. You can only contact them online, no telephone number. Will NOT be buying from them again

After placing my order and not receiving item within the timescale I decided to email their sales team. No response after a couple of days so started to look for contact number. I was then gobsmacked to read some negative comments and wished I hadn't ordered from them. No contact telephone number, so emailed again. I did eventually receive a nice email saying my order had been dispatched and their company was still operational. My order had not arrived, but they would arrange a replacement…. Well, it has arrived today I am pleased to say, but I am still a disappointed Grandparent that the gift did not arrive in time for the christening present it was supposed to be. I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this company as their service has not been to a good enough standard and I wouldn't use again.

I ordered something in May 2016 for my friend's son's christening. The money was taken, but It never turns up. Eventually I have to contact my credit card company to get the money back. 2 weeks ago my credit card was cloned as well and I don't know if it is related to this purchase. But it has never happened before. Apart this purchase from Chambers Homeware, I only use my credit card in the supermarkets or online shopping from Amazon & Ebay.

I ordered a gift two weeks ago online. Money immediately came out of my account but no sign of the gist and no reply to emails. Got email to say order received. So disappointed to find other customers have had the same issue!

Ordered over a month ago. They immediately took payment but have never produced a product or replied to 4 emails initially asking for the product to be sent but subsequently requesting a refund. There is no telephone number on the website to contact. This is a scam and they stole my money!

I placed an order from this website on 10th December but received no email confirmation. I therefore logged into my account on the Company website and there is no record of any order .However, my card has subsequently been charged . I have emailed the company at least 5 times, thinking it was a website mix up but they have not responded to any of my messages and there is no telephone number to speak with them.

I placed the order again on 12th December as there was no record of the first order and at that time there was no corresponding debit to my credit card. This time, the order was showing on m y account but I am still awaiting delivery (30th December) despite the website promise of 5 working days.

So, payment has been taken from my card with no corresponding order and a further payment has been taken for goods that have not ben delivered and I have had no acknowledgement to any of my messages. I am now taking this up with my card provider.

Please do not order from this site.

I ordered a personalised gift and paid 拢9.99 for next day delivery. 1 week on I still haven't received the gift or a reply from these charlatans. I'm deeply angry with these charlatans as they have spoiled a special occasion.

I ordered a personalised gift on the 13th September and still haven't recieved the gift nor a estimated delivery date or a notice of dispatch. Have sent numerous emails all of which have been ignored.
