Just as described. Pleased with the chair. Great quality.
Delivery was prompt however packaged in such a large box that it wouldn鈥檛 fit in the house.. caused a slight problem as had it delivered to my dads house as it was a surprise Xmas present for my son. Would like to have been informed prior to delivery. Problem was soon alleviated however otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Very impressed with communication, turnaround and competitive rates

The chairs were well priced and well built. When I sent one back on delivery after a misunderstanding they explained and resent immediately. This misunderstanding could have been prevented with better advanced communication but the response was great. Very pleased with both chairs. The Bifma rated Operator chair is particularly sturdy.

Great service and swift delivery. Good quality furniture. I would like to see shelving unit or bookcase added to the range as did not feel the cupboards were suitable for my home office.

Efficient & competent service provided for this transaction. As requested, they assembled the Office Chair which, as suggested extended the delivery period. The only negative was the Telephone communications experience, charmless & lacking any pleasant customer approach, maybe I am too sensitive! (I am a former Retailer with 50 years experience).
