Terrible customer service. It took me over a month to get an order of award bars (pins) for my staff. I called multiple times and they advised they were missing several items from the order. Most of the time I called they were all "at lunch". They never initially advised that any items were back-ordered until I called to check on the order since I never got a shipping email. Then they sent a wrong award bar. I called back to complain. The owner advised that I would have to send back the award bar that they sent in error first before they would send out a replacement award bar ($7.99) because she "has lost about 40 award bars because people are too lazy to send them back". Nice that she insults her customers.
