My experience with Certus was pretty good, the consultants were helpful! The assessment day could have run more smoothly. I recommend checking all the electronics work before promising a company that they will be able to present a video on a screen. Other than that, Certus was instrumental in my finally getting a job!

After working with other recruitment agencies to fill a role for just over a month it became apparent that we were not really getting anywhere. We felt that a change was needed and it was at this point Jemma reached out and we decided to give Certus a go.

From day one her approach stood out. She took the time to meet at our office and find out exactly why the opportunity would appeal to someone. She gave me information about the state of the market and was frank about why it had likely been a challenge so far. Despite this, she assured me that she would be able to fill the position and set to work.

Over the next few weeks she was truly relentless. The quality was consistently high and she stayed as close to the brief as possible. I know that this wasn't an easy role to work on so I genuinely believe that her consultative approach and proactive ideas / proposals as well as her consistent communication and genuine understanding of the 'character' that we wanted were the difference between getting the right person in and failing altogether.

I know that recruiters are often not viewed in the best light by the public, but when recruiting is done the way that Jemma does it then you cannot help but be impressed. A totally faultless, professional, premium service and I would recommend her to anyone.
