In Sept 2018 I got a call from saying they could help me get my student paid in full. I submitted paperwork and was signed up with Nelnet (who I was already with) and started with another program without my knowledge. When Nelnet contacted me via email regarding the original plan I had with them is when I found out about the new program. I do not need new program since I am already enrolled with Nelnet. I feel this should have been checked out and my money returned to me,
