extremely slow and not responsive support. Even though they say that its possible to return the tires if mistake in size is made, its practically impossible, i requested the return 1 month ago and still not resolved!!!!! i get occasional message from support but only once in 2 weeks. NO PHONE NUMBER!!!!
NO EMAIL ADDRESS !!!!!!!!! SUSPICIOUS !

Service very efficient but tires are coming from Andora. Origin should be clearly specified when tires are purchased on a.lu website.
So i purchased goodyear tires manufactured in luxembourg and were delivered from andora….

Best price around for the tires I have looked for!
Quite fast delivery (within the promised limit, the delay was only due to DPD error: they sent one Good Year tire from Poland to Germany, then to Holland, and then instead of Luxembourg.. back to Germany where it slept over the whole weekend 🙁 However, the other one, came directly: Poland-Germany-Holland-Lux within 72 hours. If you worry about the DOT with online-purchase tires, here no need to be: mine were manufactured 2 months before my order.
The local, advised tire-shop where they delivered to did a top, fantastic, pro-job, for the half price of the shop where I used to go for years… And the tires were about 40 EUR cheaper (each) than in my usual shop.
So, yes: all highly recommended (you just need to realize that company is registered in Andorra, the invoice comes from Cyprus (or Malta), these tires were designed in Luxembourg, made in Germany, then stored and shipped from Poland by Lithuanian truck back to… Luxembourg 🙂
But, well it's a globalization-age and tax-optimization is no crime in the EU, so why only GAFA should take advantage of it, right? Result = lower prices for a happy end-customer. All cool and recommended
