I have ordered a small part back at the end of October. After over 2 weeks of waiting I inquired about my order and was told to wait additional 10-15 days. Haven't heard from them ever since. Obviously my order never arrived. Fortunately I have ordered the same part from a different store after receiving that email about additional wait time.

The company takes payment up front by immediately billing credit card, but does not provide products in gives no shipping information. Fails to respond to emails, calls and voice mails. This smells of scam. VMs state that they are having supply chain issues, yet they market full boar without any regards to stock availability. At Christmastime this is a recipe for horrible customer experiences. Next week I will look at filing a BBB complaint.

I had difficulty placing my order. After entering all of my information it said my zip code was invalid even though it was correct. I reloaded the page and tried 2 more times and continued to get the same error message. I had to start over a fourth time using PayPal which finally worked.

My previous order for metal floor mounts took 2 months before it was discovered and relayed to me that they were no longer in production. The next similar replacement is twice the price. Shipping should not even be charge at this slow a speed. The website is difficult will not allow a different shipping address from billing address. I moved so they are going to be different. I say confirm zip code in red. I am looking forward to getting these part as they look great. Thanks

I ordered 3 replacement bathroom ceiling exhaust fans on July 12,2020. They have not arrived and I have not heard a word from Central Vacuum about my order. I emailed the [email protected] site a week ago and I still have not received a response. The saddest part is the fans are paid for and I saw today I could get these fans in 2 days on Amazon.

Even though it took over a month to receive our vacuum. I'm still waiting for a refund on the return parts that I sent back on May 17, 2020 and it has been mysterious stuck at the post office in their town, I provided the correct return address that was given to me by the company. All I received from them was an email asking if I addressed it correctly, yes, I did. Customer service is slow and not friendly. Happy with our vacuum, but I would never order from them again.

Although I found it a bit difficult to figure out how to navigate the site, once I figured it out it was fairly straightforward. I don't particularly care for some of the "helpful" features to find what you want, but I suppose a lot of people are less detail oriented and knowledgeable about product differences than I am. I was pleased to find the Imperium CV300 power unit is well-priced (with the discount) and should work well for our application.

I have been a customer for 5+ years; started with questions regarding purchasing a central vacuum system. I was helped and purchased…I love my central vacuum and do not know how I lived without it. EVERY time I call with a question or need assistance with a purchase, someone is there to help. The company is run by friendly, knowledgeable caring people, who seem to want to do the right thing. The website needs a lot of improvements. I should be able to get a bunch of search results on any of the words "FJM" or "AirClean" for a Miele filter but there are no results if you only type in those words. I had to work really hard to find them although I buy those every few months. The website is not at all optimized.

My Beam is about 20 years old and so it is hard to find parts for it. It took me some time to find the right part that I need. I hope that the part I got will work. I feel like it would be help full if there was more info connecting the new parts with the old parts when looking at them. So that you can see if it will work with what I have. If that was a bit more clear I would rate this a bit higher. I was looking for a new handle for my hose also and gave up as I could not figure out if they would work with my other parts.
