Received only a shabby approximation of what was displayed on the product page – definitely a cheap costume rather than actual clothing. Their return policy cleverly sidesteps liability for items 鈥渙n sale鈥? which applies to nearly everything listed on their site, so I don鈥檛 expect to even be able to receive a refund. They鈥檝e flooded review sites with fake positive feedback (including this one), but don鈥檛 be fooled as I was.

Really impressed with the customer service, I have long arms and usually have trouble with my jackets and shirt sleeves being too short in the division which actually ruins it for me, I contacted customer service for a custom-made jacket, and they agreed, received the parcel within a week, and the jacket was excellent and fitted perfect
