Purchased previously from this website with no problem. Decided to buy a few other things for my best friends baby shower, placed the order, and two days later got an email stating that my order was CANCELLED. Apparently, there was "security" issues. How was there security issues when my card was charged? If I would have typed in the wrong credit card number or security code…HOW was my card charged and two days later it was cancelled. No phone call, no email..nothing.. just CANCELLED. To make things even better, EVERY SINGLE item I intended on purchasing is now more expensive!! WHAT A JOKE!! Id rather pay double the price at a party store than deal with these a**h****!

Worst service EVER! I order zebra & leopard decorations for my birthday, shipping was estimated at 5-7 business days, and I got my order # and they said all items are available. Then 1 week and a half later, I get an email saying my leopard items are no longer available and i have 24 hours to call them to change my order. So i call them to change my order. 3 days later i receive my order only to find half the items missing. I call back to ask them to ship me my missing item, the lady said no problem and gave me my 2nd order number. Another week and a half later, i get an email saying my account has been credited $17 with no explanation. I then check my 2nd order number's status and it stated CANCELLED. I then called the customer care phone number and they informed me that the other had been CANCELLED with no explanation and that I could re order the items and pay for shipping again. I live in Canada and the shipping rate is almost $15. This is RIDICULOUS. Worst company ever!!!

Placed my order a month in advance.
Was told the next day it was ready for shipping.
Weeks later no order received.
Probably an hour spent on the phone being handed over from one person to the next – not getting any information on the status of my order. Just empty promises.
Package was shipped 3 weeks after i ordered it. Not in time to arrive before my sons first Birthday Party.
Extremely frustrating and just so disappointing.
Would never recommend this company.

My husband and I have placed orders with Celebrate Express since our daughter's 1st birthday. The personalized banners are awesome. We have yet to have an issue with receiving damaged items. This year (4th) we're going with the Hello Kitty theme. Ava picked it out herself.
