I recently had the worst moving experince ever with CBD Movers Australia.

The lift at the drop off place closed at 4pm and therefor I had been in contact with CBD Movers several times leading up to the move to make sure they were at the pick up address at 12pm. They kept telling me this wouldn't be a problem.

Moving day comes but CBD Movers don't. I kept calling and calling and they kept telling me they were on their way. I suspect they said so so I wouldn't cancel and hire someone else.

They were supposed to be there at 12pm. They showed up at 3pm which meant we only had time to move a few of my things before 4pm.

Of the few items they moved, they managed to scratch and damage my tv unit and the head board for my bed.

When I called to complain, they answered that "this is the moving business, delays happen and things get scratched".

I would never in a million years use CBD Movers Australia again.

On the day of our move my wife and I questioned the size of the truck, after reading the reviews we clearly had the wrong size truck. We will never use CBD Movers, our 4 hour quote took 8.5 hours, it took the guys 4 hours just to load the truck, which is odd considering we had moved 12 months earlier and that company only took an hour to load, very questionable conduct. They were so slow, took far too long, we ended up bringing our things to the truck to speed things up, our $800 quote ended up costing us close to $1100, clearly their "quoting" system is way off.
We noted after the move a dent in the fridge and after weeks of crap service, we get a snip from their terms and conditions noting pretty much no liability, so we are screwed.
Overall service was crap, something is odd about this company and possibly needs some investigation, at the end of the day, 4 hours to load a truck for a three bedroom house, I don't think so, they saw us coming and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
I wish we had read the reviews prior to booking!

DO NOT use this company under any circumstance. So many excuses, such poor service, 6and a half hours late, smaller truck than the one booked (which had apparently broken down – and miraculously this is a scenario repeated in quite a number of reviews), was given the option of a smaller truck with multiple trips … such a handy way to make some extra $$$$.
Really taken for a ride on this one! DO NOT USE unless you want a hugely stressful house-moving experience.

After confirming a booking for a 9-11am. We contacted them at 11 for an update, told to expect an arrival of 1230. At 1pm we called to expect an arrival at 2pm
The van arrives at 230pm, arriving in a very small truck.
After assessing our packed house.
No explanation, just that they鈥檙e concerned our load requires multiple trips.
They proceed to mutter in their native tongue for about 5mins at our gate; then their engine starts and they drive off.
No explanation.
No care or consideration that we now have a packed house with no options.
Upon us chasing their hotline it takes 30mins to present an offer for a Sunday Service; 3 days after our booked date as an alternative – and of course available for a higher rate of course – leaving our packed house with little option.

It鈥檚 apparent this company has no care for the service it provides, and frankly demonstrates no regard for any inconvenience they cause to their customers.

Find another one, good luck if your desperate

Although the two lads who did the removal were great, the truck they brought wasn鈥檛 nearly big enough. This would be the fault of the person who estimated the job, who didn鈥檛 ask enough questions about how much stuff we had, only the size of the flat. This resulted in us having to hire a smaller van and spend the whole following day finishing the job – an unwelcome addition of time and resources.

CBD Movers are very professional in providing their services. The moving personnel were very professional and co-operative. I would highly recommend CBD Movers.

There was every chance I would end up with broken glass cabinets, so fragile they are. The 2 lads that collected and delivered my items were magnificent. Polite, and careful, I could not have asked for a better result. 100% will use again.

I have now used CBD movers twice and both time I received excellent service. Movers were very professionals and moved all the furniture without a single scratch. They were very friendly and assisted wherever possible. I highly recommend CBD movers.

Prompt, efficient service. Furniture was delivered on time, with nil damage.

Three pick points for new furniture and electrical and bedding the guys did a good job ,

The guys from CBD Movers were fantastic. I had a lot of very heavy items & they just did what they had to do. They worked hard & made it look easy. I would certainly recommend CBD Movers to others & no doubt I would use them again myself. They were honest, reliable, hard working guys & the most affordable movers I could find. Binnie and Bali were great arrived on time very efficient and friendly – all moved in very quick time

When the guys finally arrived to do the move they did an excellent job. My only complaint was a lack of communication from the original driver who didn鈥檛 turn up for 7 am pickup and didn鈥檛 call me till after 10 am ( after I made 2 calls to head office).

Great job from the 2 guys, very careful with our items and did everything we asked for. Will definitely use them again, thank you.

The removal team at CBD Movers were very polite and efficient and offered some good suggestions on where to place certain items in the home. Great care was taken with all items, resulting in nothing being scratched or damaged. Customer Service team were also very professional in communication with them. Very impressed, would use CBD Movers again and would recommend to others! Thank you CBD!

Friendly, efficient with paperwork, driver gave correct pick up & delivery times, careful & considerate getting a large heavy item into place, good value, would definitely use CBD Movers again

Extremely cheap and didn鈥檛 break anything. Can鈥檛 go past cbd movers!

I needed a fridge moved down 3 flights of stairs to a ground floor place. The stairway was narrow and very hard to bring the fridge down, they managed to get it down and when it was delivered to the next place we found that the fridge was too big to go through the door without first removing the fridge doors which they did for me without hesitation.

I recently purchased a glass display case and was conserned about attempting the work myself.
I rang around a few removalist companies and was not feeling positive in my dealings with various providers untill, I contacted CBD movers and was instantly pleased with their professional attitude.
Subsequently I engaged them to relocate my precious cargo.
The team kept my notified the whole time and even when faced with the incorrect house number continued in a prompt manner to the correct address with no complaints.
The display was delivered in a timely manner with the delivery team conducting themselves professionally.
Payment was simply with touch and go EFTPOS.
Well do to all concerned.
