Last week I placed an order for approximately 拢1,000 ,I then checked trustpilot reviews and began to panic as there were so many really bad ones. Today I am relieved to say that I have received my complete order which is packaged really well and everything is perfect. My experience scores a well deserved 5 stars and I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you to staff at cath kitson I am so impressed.

I can see why their company has failed!
Ordered Aug.1,2020 and haven鈥檛 received my order, can鈥檛 even get an answer to my emails about my order!!!!!!
Next step BBB review and then try to get my money back!!! Cath Kidston customer service is NON EXISTENT!!! You guys suck!

Yup, another customer here that ordered 2 items and only recieved 1! I thought it was odd that only the bag I ordered, arrived for delivery, hence why I checked my status for both parcels. Surprise surprise, they had cancelled the other order without informing me due to being out of stock, despite the website stating otherwise. I understand that we're in a pandemic and customer service is tight but after 3 emails and no contact regarding cancelling my order or refunding, I feel a bit cheated. Even more so when payment for both items were taken out of my account! Definently, feeling naive and stupid for trusting a popular and well known brand without checking the reviews. If you're going to buy from Cath Kidston, do so instore rather than online. Least you'll have the item for definite.

I actually can not believe the little respect Cath kidston has for its loyal customers, and wish I read the reviews before making a purchase – if I did I would not be writing this now.
Long story short I ordered 2 items beginning of JUNE, 1 item was not in stock (mugs), the lower price item was (lanyard 拢3.50). They then took money out for both items and postage. However the mugs never arrived, I get told weeks later due to me chasing them that they are out of stock. I eventually get a refund for the mugs but am still charged the 拢4.00 for delivery for something that was the equivalent of a postage stamp to post! If you want to wait for ages to get a refund on an item that was never in stock, go for it! if you want to be ripped off paying more on postage than an actual item, because they have MESSED UP your order go for it. If you want to deal with a company that has a shocking customer service and ignores your communication, go for it! if you do not want to be a "MUG", avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere! Having looked at other comments on facebook there is lots of other negative feedback esp about recent quality too! BOTTOM LINE shop elsewhere !

Ordered alphabet mugs to spell a word. All of the mugs are showing as in stock. When delivered one of them is missing as its not in stock. I would have to pay more than its worth to return the other mugs. Won't be ordering from them again.

Returned a bag in June using the return label, paid for registered post. Still nothing a month later. I thought this was a reputable brand. Wish I鈥檇 read the reviews before I bought.

I wish I'd read the reviews. Two items from my order didn't arrive and there as no note saying they were out of stock. Since then I have sent emails, Tweets and DM's but had no response. They obviously have a problem and I think they should not be advertising any of their products as they clearly aren't available. Its such a shame this has happened as I love her stuff but she needs to stop the business until she either gets it straight again or close. Stop carrying on as if there isn't a problem.

Read all the reviews and having the same experience. Such a shame – Cath Kidston was a reputable name and one you could trust. What the hell has gone wrong. Very sad.

I ordered a bag 22nd of June, they said it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days then Cath Kidston cancelled it and said, it was not available and I would get full refund, nothing yet, if you ring customer service line goes dead after two rings, what a joke!! this is criminal keeping customers money, please beware, don't buy from them I wont ever again!!

Absolutely disgusting ordered a changing bag start of June day after to get an email saying order cancelled and will get full refund in 5 to 7 days, 3 weeks later nothing.. now i don鈥檛 really give a toss about 拢110 but takes the mick the fact you have robbed me then don鈥檛 have the decency to pick up a phone. I would personally call myself a loyal customer buy from your shops everytime i pass one. But next time i walk past one i will pick up 拢110 worth of stuff and walk out just like you have done to me w**kers!!

I put an order in for two pieces and only received one the cheapest. I tried to contact them by phone 馃摓 every time I called the line went dead ,and then I came on this page and I thought 馃挱 this doesn鈥檛 look good!!…so I emailed them and I was told that they had sold out of the Bag I had ordered and I would receive the money back into my account within 3/5 working days and I thought I bet I won鈥檛 ? but as they promised me it was refunded And into my account on the 4day. I used the email 馃摟 address on the returns note.

The returns address in my parcel was wrong (it seems that warehouse in St Neots has been shut down?), according to Royal Mail tracking my return has been redirected (but I don't know where, maybe Redditch as that's the returns address if you google it) – this was a month ago now. No reply from 3 emails sent. Phone line disconnected. I guess I've lost out?!

I have been shopping at CK for years, both instore and online. My latest order however will be my last – just received my items, well two out of the three. One item was missing and seems that part of the order had been cancelled (presumably not in stock after all) but didn鈥檛 even have the good grace to drop me a notification email. Am now stuck with half a gift – I鈥檝e never had to do a CK return before So surprised to see I鈥檇 have to stump up postage costs for the bits I now don鈥檛 want as incomplete! So bye bye CK – you鈥檒l never have a penny of my hard earned again 馃槨

Sent countless emails regarding damaged item in order, to no avail, other items in order were cancelled and no response. Made a mistake and ordered again and one item did not arrive – emailed and again no response. Always loved cath kidston, don't think i'll be ordering again anytime soon.

I would put 0 stars if I could! Sent my order back on the 28th May and still haven鈥檛 received a refund. I have emailed them and had no response.

Dont bother ordering from this site, as per other recent reviews I only received part of my order and had no respknse to multiple emails, phone cuts off after few seconds. Would not even give one star if possible. Avoid!

Do not order from this website!!!!!!!! One star is very generous! I ordered 3 items and only one has arrived. The website won鈥檛 let me log into my account and I did not receive an email confirmation. No answer to my emails, and the call just drops after a few seconds when trying to call the customer service number. Very bad service and sad as I used to love this company. The 2 items that did not arrive are gifts for my friends baby. Very disappointed 🙁

Placed three orders for gifts. Money was taken from my account immediately but have not received confirmation of orders. They do not reply to my numerous emails and there is no facility to phone. I feel this is a scam site and I will cancel with my bank card. Beware don't buy from them.

Like many other customers who have reviewed, I received part order. Tried telephoning and emailing and finally got a reply last week to confirm remainder of order had been cancelled. I have been promised a full refund, so it's watch this space.

Really poor customer service. No response to emails and not answering calls. I returned an item well over a month ago and still not received a refund. Very disappointing. What once was a very well respected British shop has come to this. If you can鈥檛 deal with your customers then you need to atop taking orders. Very sad

If I could give zero stars I would. I have bought several items from Cath Kidston before and had no issues. However, I had no idea the company was in trouble when I placed my most recent order. It was supposed to arrive within 12 working days. Still no sign almost 6 weeks later. To add insult to injury, the item I ordered popped up on a Facebook advert yesterday as in stock but for less than I paid! Have sent several emails, fb messages and tweeted on their time line (they won鈥檛 allow dm鈥檚) All to no avail. Telephone number repeatedly rings out. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I ordered two amounts of fabric/wallpaper on the 5th and 6th May. Parcels not arrived and money taken on bank statement. Have emailed and messaged but no reply at all. Have been a loyal customer for a long time/years and years and have always loved the products but am so upset and dissatisfied with this service right now. There is no phone number for customer services that is working! A very upset customer.

Made the mistake of ordering online only to have my order cancelled, after endless emails requesting my refund i have heard nothing, if they know they have problems or lack of staff to complete customers orders they should cease trading online, i would advise you whilst in administration don't take the risk of losing your hard earned cash !
