After reading your comments I feel like we should make a stand!!!
I鈥檝e waited over 8 weeks for my son birthday present purchased through the scam site.
His birthday was 4 weeks ago. The poor kid is so disappointed. No words will make up for his 13th birthday. But hey so long as Catch keep lining their pockets.
horrible customer service and dispute resolution

Product arrived missing about 30% of the hardware required for assembly. Attempt at assembly further reveled significant serious design design deficiencies including:
1. Structural bolts that are too long and bottom out before they can be screwed in
2. A sharp metal clamp to attach the vehicle with no rubber friction material. This would not only damage the vehicle but could no way be securely attached in a high vibration environment.

I contacted Catchoftheday and they simply passed me off to a "wholesale supplier" who denied any responsibility and left me hanging.

I'd be careful purchasing anything from Catchoftheday: if all goes well, great. If anything goes wrong they'll wash their hands of you.

love this site.. ausome products, fast delivery and good packaging. love the option for zip pay, paid everything back in 4 weeks for no interest. my christmas shopping is all completed!

Have purchased from catchoftheday several times now. Sale prices are great, Items sent quickly and packaged well. Returns – only had problem with one product, after supplying photograph of item I was advised replacement would be sent out and received emaill confirming this. Usually my first reaction was to cringe and worry about hassle I was going to receive- this never happened with catchoftheday extremely polite customer service office and actually listened to what I had to say. Recommend this website but would still advise shop-around also.

Good mail order service. Well packed. Costs to deliver. Ideal for country folk or where poor store selections available!
Expect delays esp if PayPal.
Prices no better then main stores ESP as prob GST free (profiting).
Better deals sell out fast too! Narrow availability issues.
Increasingly pesky emails 2-4x daily.
Haven't had any refurb 2nds…. yet. Bought about 50 items so far.
Amazing photos ……. sales dept. Seems min. quality control (suppliers?)

Warnings: Don't buy Duracell batt 40x packs. Leaks/ rot out approx 1year latter in unopened box (NB. will destroy your expensive devices too!)

Don't buy no name brand electrical, poor durability or instruction (beware ..other dangers & risks…..) eg aftermarkt 'Apple' lightning cables have been Rubbish despite 2x cost of std Micro/mini USBs (don't bother).
Who'd buy shoes this way? Crazy!

Had cheap Raybans deal approx 3 yrs ago. All 4 were junky/poorly joined fakes.( worse than Bali Street/ night mkt imitations) Not the promised Quality! First and Worse = costed more to post back and a a crappy alternate'deal' offered. (Just lip service?)

Will be v. difficult to fix problems/refunds as freq reports of 'Quality Control' type issues. NOT worth the hassle/risk unless top name brands.

Now to somehow get refund my Battery costs And ALL postage costs incurred?

I thought they were OK. Delivery was fast, if I'm honest with myself, half the stuff I bought I'll never use, and some of it showed it was pretty old stock, but they never said it was the latest product. The deals are good, but they send too many emails afterwards imho.

I have bought stuff from catchoftheday a few times now. Every time delivered within time promised and never had any problems with the products. ALso awsome deals keep appearing on this website.

I have used this site quite a few times now and have only had good experiences. Only once did I not get what I ordered and sent an email once I discovered that I hadn't recieved all of my goods and got a responce the same day saying that they had made the mistake and posted the rest of my order the next day. I also use their grocery run page alot and have had no problems at all. I just want to give a 5 star review for this site
