Took a month to arrive, very very poor quality, nothing like the picture. Asked for return/refund address and am being completely ignored. Will never recommend or use this site again … rip off !

Basically it took ages like a month for my parcel but may I add they were very responsive every time I asked. When I did receive it the product was very poor quality nd we well known to purchase this designer white a lot and it wasn鈥檛 the same as others. The colour is not the colour advertised and I have checked and this colour has never been made by this designer in this style.
My parcel came in a plain wrap up bag with nothing else in the parcel no Invoice. First and last time I will shop hear

Ordered a month ago. Got two different shipping numbers but when I trace the package, one number is not legit, and the other says package hadn鈥檛 been received. If I actually get my shirts, I鈥檒l change the star rating, but so far it seems very shady. Would love some follow up.

I commended an item MONTHS AGO. I was patient and waited. I didn't think too much of it since I live far (Canada) and there is also a pandemic going on. I still didn't get my item (that cost me around 90$). I also never got an answer to my email. Not even once. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend it. Unless you want to buy something you will never receive. It's a fraud.

I ordered some items for my daughter for Christmas. They did not arrive in time. When I tried to return them no one replied for two weeks. iInn the mean time I returned the goods to the address on the package at a cost of 拢5.50.
I then received an email from your company telling me that I had to return the items to CHINA at my own expense.
I am now in a position where the goods are retuned to you somewhere in this country and you are refusing to refund the money.
I have asked for the goods to be sent back to me or refund the money. I await your reply.

Ordered on Friday evening and by Wednesday good were in Belgium at my place.

I came across Casual Clothing via a Google Search and found a Stone Island Zipped Top Ive been looking for which I haven't been able to find elsewhere, so I purchased it from the website, I received order confirmation etc, but after a day or 2 later, I received a email from the web shop Manager which didn't make sense at all, when calling to find out why its been cancelled they said they couldn't ship Stone Island Products to the UK or something like that with no further explanation or any empathy shown towards me as a customer for the inconvenience of the cancellation and a clear explanation as to why as it seems really weird that you sell something on the website, they have it in stock but still you cant purchase it, a complete waste of time and this is stated no where on the website at all, I couldn't find any information regarding shipping or any FAQs either or anything to state that they can't ship a particular label outside Copenhagen, All I wanted is an item they were selling that was in stock… I really don't understand why my order couldn't be actioned an its really upsetting to want something, to pay for it but then to find out its cancelled…
