Ive been playing here a while and well its honestly a good casino o wait until they didn't pay me out on a 75x stake win. Live support just says we understand your anger then turn into we dont know people, we will escalate it, which ive had no response. Don't believe the high reviews on affiliate sites that almost everyone promotes by streaming on twitch. This site has by far the worst support I've ever witnessed. 5 emails of a complaint about a misleading promotion (they sent me an email saying I had 20 no deposit spins but they didn't give me them) and 2 weeks went by and nobody has bothered to reply. Live chat have promised me on 5 different occasions they will have someone reply to my complaint but they don't. Won't ever deposit here if this is how they treat new customers

Hello I just opened a account with casineuro ,Before depositing I was very very very clear that I did not want to deposit before being verified, verified confirmation came through, chat was very clear I would get know problems !!! Deposited, lose most of it , withdrew small amount I had left … guess what no money back after 5 days , contact chat , we need more personal details regarding your account before you can have your money back !!!!!!! Your probably getting the picture here . Looks like I have been totally scammed,please please please beware your not verified even if they say you are . Avoid at all costs
