Also I asked my account to be closed months ago and twice I've had to ask them they said they would and they never ever did! I recently joined this casino after playing and winning I read the reviews to see how long payout took. After seeing so many negative reviews I was prepared for a big fight to get my withdrawal. I鈥檝e got to say I was very surprised to find the withdrawal in my account in less than 24hrs (PayPal) I really enjoyed playing on site and will continue to do so. Well where to start with this casino … game crashed mid bonus and did not resume …. waited weeks for them to say provider had refunded 63 pounds then I'm still waiting on my refund a month later no reply to mail and contacted support and get excuses and told to wait … what an absolute joke of a casino fast to take money then do not pay out at all … thieves and scammers report to gambling commission.

i made a withdrawal in February and still dont have it. I've emailed non stop and have never got an answer in 4 months. Live chat tell me they cant help and to contact via email & the phone number does not work. I have sent all my documents as soon as i was asked for them & have no idea how this casino still has a licence. I joined this site, even though I had read some bad reviews at my peril. I had played a few times and was able to withdraw no problem. Upon about the third time of playing, I was playing Gold Money Frog for the first time. A few games in I hit the bonus and the game took me too a wheel. I spun the bonus wheel which landed on the MAJOR prize. At this time the game seemed to stick. I sat waiting a while not wanting to touch the game and hoping it would click back. All other reliable sites state that the game is lost in play and picks up where it left off. This site didn't do that. After about 5 minutes I took the game back too the beginning playing reels. The reels were all funny with prices flashing on screen. It never went back to a playable game so I moved to another. Upon sending in a complaint, I was basically told that what I had explained hadnt happened and then preceded to give me advice on how to empty cookies etc. I felt I was in a round about way being called a liar which , at the ripe old age of a 51yr old grandma I didn't appreciate. So i went to withdraw, I have been able to do it before and they want id off me. Fair enough. Apparently a birth certificate, a phone bill that shows name, address, payment method and is dated and a copy of my bank card isnt acceptable. I HAVE to buy a citizens card which is 拢30 and take a month to come. Obviously casimo joy won't pay for that. I have also been questioned as to whether I am in control with my gambling simply because I want the winnings that are legally mine.

Shocking company partner won 拢3000 and asked for docs to prove who was which was fair enough. But then refused to payout and looking now on reviews they seem just like a bunch of scammers shouldnt have a casino site if they not happy to payout winnings they are very quick to take your money

The 0800 customer service number provided doesn鈥檛 work on their site and the charge you for withdrawals, awful site. Don鈥檛 want to pay out winnings either, it鈥檚 like trying to get blood out of a stone

Avoid using their site at all costs, they鈥檒l use any excuse not to pay out winnings. I opened a new account and deposited 拢300 but they wouldn鈥檛 process the withdrawal for 拢450 because I hadn鈥檛 wagered the entire 拢300! I鈥檝e never known any site use that policy but what they鈥檙e effectively trying to do is make you lose your money. Fortunately i didn鈥檛 but i鈥檓 still waiting for them to process the withdrawal, my advise is to not use their site because they鈥檒l use any trick in the book to avoid paying out.
