This is not the worst casino I鈥檝e played at but it certainly isn鈥檛 the best. I was a member here for around a month or maybe longer. Had 2 very good wins which I was happy with, the out times are roughly between 3-5 days which is incredibly slow compared to other websites. Trying to get your money withdrawal is like getting blood out of a stone, withdrew threw PayPal which in my experience with other casino sites it鈥檚 usually processed within 2 hours! Worst experience ever, I have sent numerous emails to support chasing withdrawals and they do not even reply, the live chat is horrific, they take on average 8 mins to answer one question and blame technical issues! I have been promised my money tomorrow, I have asked them if they need any documents off me and they assured me no it's all being processed, I will update tomorrow.

Reading these reviews I wish I would of read them before spending 拢500+ on this website…..Their withdrawal system is horrendous…I don't have a driving licence or passport I also don't have my birth certificate at this time they want me to pay for my birth certificate and then send them that. Which is absolutely out of order and in my eyes unprofessional. They didn't need all of the above when taking my money but looks like I'm going to have to pay just to get my winnings looking at these comments that's IF I even get them. Never ever would I recommend this site and never ever will I be using them again.

Like some other comments on here, account verification is slow with no email confirmation of status. Email support is non existent, and the online agent support is quick but incumbent, often going around in circles or having to refer to another department with differing information relayed. My withdrawal request has been pending since 12/05 though all the verification documents have been provided, including alternatives and still no payments.

I would say avoid !!! Registered, deposited and won -拢3500 . No bonuses been claimed so supposed to be an easy process of withdrawal but no . I sent all required information as ID , bank statement, photos of my card being used for deposit. Waited 2 days and after i rang them , been told i have to provide photos of my other card registered with the account regardless never been used for deposit- not a problem again . I did that and waited – supposed this process to be done within 72 hours . After a day decided to reverse the withdrawal request and of course lost the winnings. Deposited and won again – 拢1000 . Rang them as already 10 days pst since i uploaded all required information to be told verification team probably forgot to do so . And again waiting and waiting and my account is not verified due to them not doing their job – seems they have no intense of paying winnings so PLEASE STAY AWAY . Spend your money elsewhere
