well, it's been a week since I won 3,000. I had screen shots to prove my win and everything, But each time I send in a message about it, they just keep asking me the same questions and telling to tell support and saying to me that there is nothing wrong with there games yet I won and it never added it to my account !! this is why I screen shot take pic of everything, Yet nothing is done to fix this..
