– X2 passport pictures. (A passport which is fine for travelling the world…)
– x2 Selfies holding my passport and one holding a handwritten note with my email written on it (*I was told this would be the last thing required to complete KYC- LIE)
– X2 Posted proof of address documents (Utility Bills my bank accepted and a loan company….)(THIS IS ALL I HAVE)
– x 2 Front and back of my bank card

Casino guru allowed the casino to keep asking for more documents! When I couldn't provide more due to having run out of bills etc and camera not working they rejected my complaint and refused to refer it to a manager ALL THE WHILE CONTINUING TO SEND ME OFFERS!

The best thing is that you do not need to pay for its services. Everything is free.There were also a lot of colorful casinos so I was sure I would definitely find my favorite there.

Censoring criticism and blocking those exposing it.

I was blocked and banned from their site and social media when I exposed their lies and censoring of valid criticism of certain casinos.

They stopped responding to my complaint as the casino had no leg to stand on trying to STEAL my money and I proved this with terms. Casino guru just stopped replying, would not publish my complaint and blocked me.

This site helped me address an issue I was having with an online casino. We managed to sort the issue out with a casino called Cocoa casino. Issue being time frame for 2 withdrawals. I've since closed my account with Cocoa casino.

Anyway as I said I'm grateful for their intervention but the reviews and ratings about that casino through their portal ( Casino guru). are a total misrepresentation of the real facts.

E.g they only have 2 complaints published on their site about Cocoa casino despite me raising several concerns about the casino site.

When challenged Guru said my complaints were closed so weren't published that's where the misrepresentation lies in its interity.

All issues about this casino site should be published otherwise the potential customers is going in blind folded.
