I got $220 for a Toshiba L500. Nothing was deducted from my quote. 🙂

I had a good experience. I chose PayPal and got paid next day after they contacted me. I forgot to send my adapter so they deducted $10.00 from the original quote. I'm fine with it. Still got paid 280. Can't complain.

I did some research before I sent in my laptop and I didn't find any extremely negative feedback. I sent in my laptop over a month ago and didn't hear anything until a week ago when they sent me an email knocking back the price $100 and yet I still haven't seen the check they claim to have sent. So getting paid in 7 days is a lie as well as their promise to give you your quoted price. I'm not even sure I'll get paid at all, I would recommend you look elsewhere to sell your laptop.

This website is a scam. I sent in my laptop and have never recieved a payment for it. If anybody knows of a fraud department or anyone that I can report this issue to, email me at [email protected] Thanks
