Discovered the service when trying to buy a car in Germany as not happy with speed of bank transfers or wandering abroad in a night bus with thousands of Euros in my pocket. Wanted ability to see, check a vehicle and buy on the spot. Ended up using the service in France where we live, much better than bankers' cheque, as we don't need to have an appointment during working hours to get the check, and if there is a last minute price reduction it is possible to adjust and transfer just what is required to the seller. The legal protection, that is offered, does seem very useful as both sides have access to it.
No deal means no costs, we will definitely use the service again.

I was using the service to pay for a new car. I was surprised how easy the setup was (considering all the verification steps required) and how effective the services was. I was dealing with a fussy buyer who didn't want to exchange cash so we used this service. The actual app works well, but you need to be careful who incurs the transaction cost. I as the seller ended up paying this, which is not how its supposed to work, but that was more down to the buyer being difficult. The actual app works well.
