So my niece was searching for an Internet payday loan and she happened to come across Cashmax. She immediately filled out online application and they called her the next day to say she was approved. She stated to them that she only needed a 1,000, but they told her the minimum was 3,000. She automatically knew something was wrong and she told them never mind. To her surprise they took 230.00 out of her account and told her it was for insurance fees. She never signed any paperwork. They ended up getting her account and routing number from her recent online app. She automatically called them and their response was she could not get her money back. They were so freaking RUDE and said to go ahead and file a police report then. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company. They are a total rip off!!
