My name is L. Jenkins. These people have the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I called to confirm a vehicle pickup. These people could not find my information from yesterday to today. They passed me along to 2 or 3 different people when I contacted customer service.

The process was less than 24. Info was taken and a truck was there promptly the following day and picked up the vehicle. A check was issued the same day the truck picked up the vehicle.
