I worked with Alre Halim and Ann Quach. They were wonderful to work with. They are patient, knowledgeable, and fast to respond. Due to the importance of these loans, I ask a lot of questions and double check everything. I truely appreciate their explanations and details to make me feel comfortble with the terms. This is the 2nd loan I've worked with Alre and I will be calling him next time.

Recently refinanced my house. While everyone else told me "no" because of my credit, Cash Call said yes but my apr is high a 4.99% percent. It started out smooth but then took a turn when I started working with my loan officer Anthony DiGiorno. Communication was horrible. I was told one thing and then at the end, another happened. I signed my docs for 1400 payment and got a statement for 1800. Honestly, i regret refinancing with them. I am waiting until my credit score goes up to refinance with another company. Not happy at all with this company.

CC (CashCall) closed the loan within 40 days of receiving my call. The reps were very responsive and always took my call or called me back immediately. I have closed many real estate loans with varying types of lenders and have never had a better experience. Who'd go to Wells, Chase or any of the others when you have the CC option? Very nicely done and I thank you!

I previously received excellent service from Derek Martin as a first time Cashcall client. However, with my current refinance, Jesse Sosa from the Mortgage Retention department has not returned my emails. Gary Do gave excellent service, but I felt that Jesse Sosa started to ignore my emails after he already got me to retain Cashcall as my mortgage lender. Gary Do, on the other hand, was consistent in following up with emails and phone calls to get my refinancing close on time.

Very polite , friendly , service, however one glitch is when you guys had me sign loan docs , notorary, before the appraisal was in. We had to redo the signing a second time since the appraisal was $20,000 lower than was anticipated for the 3.99 rate. Our final signing was a 4.25 rate. If you would have waited we could have gone through the final signing once.

When you hear a commercial that sounds to good
to be true you have reservations…but in all honesty
CASHCALL MORTGAGE was the BEST and TRUE
to their word…they really can HELP you!! We had such
a great experience with our Loan Officer and Processor…
they truly are the BEST! They were with us every step of
the way. It was such a smooth and quick process.
We have already called a couple of our friends to let them
know if they need to Re-Fi who to call! We recommend

We have refinanced through CashCall Mortgage several times. Each occasion has been straight forward and facilitated by professional and efficient representatives.

There are few things I fear more than applying for a mortgage but when I called CashCall and spoke with Justin Burke the anxiety began to melt away. Justin treated me with kindness and he seemed genuinely interested in finding solutions tailored to meet my needs.
Ann Quach entered the process and I was also impressed with her professionalism and excellent customer service. Ann even phoned me on Sunday to ensure the process was moving along in a positive direction.

I have been raving and screaming about cash call mortgage, I give you 5 stars!!!!! Excellent. This was the easiest loan I ever receive!!!!!! I'm not one of those people who trust easily but my gut feeling lead me to you, but the advertising help a lot, I was so confident when I talk to Eric and when he said we will be done in 2 weeks no closing cost and appraisal I couldn't believe it but my prayers were answered. Thank you for the bottom of my heart. Believe it it's true.

Cash Call is horrible company Rick. Riggin and Tudo.Nguyen they are bunch of $#*!s who wasted my time for 6 weeks and newer funded the loan. My score was 800 because of them it dropped to 760. $#*! called me today to say oh your bank statements for 12 month have your mom's name they knew this 6 weeks ago and wasting my time. know they wanted to add my mom to the loan and my bussness was not good with 11,000 a month income. Wasted 6 weeks bunch $#*!S!!!! don't work with them check feedbacks from yelp. Its not just me there are tons of bad feedback. Sorry there are more.

Cashcall was recommended to me by a friend. Interest rates had lowered to the point I felt I needed to look into it to see where the rates were. I called them and within 15 minutes I had a locked in lower rate, with no costs to us. They asked for all the information required and was able to email and fax everything back to them. Everything was done by email, fax and telephone and in less than a month they called and set up a time convenient for us to sign escrow papers (at our home) and it was DONE! I am a Senior Citizen and in all my years I have never done a transaction like this that was handled so quick and efficient as this transaction! Since that first time, I have used Cashcall two more times and each one was handled as efficiently as the first. Would I recommend Cashcall? ABSOLUTELY, they are amazing!

It seemed I was always progressing the conversation on the progress of my loan, and CashCall was not terribly proactive. Also, the closing costs and cash back to my wife and I changed from the documents we signed with the notary. I'm working with CashCall and a government regulator to have this sorted out, but closing costs and cash out should not differ from what was legally executed in the contract.

We just finished a new home loan with Cash Call. Very on point with responses and explanation of everything needed. Very efficient. 15 business days and done. We look forward to being able to refinance in 4 months with hopefully a better rate and ZERO closing costs/fees. Love that nothing came out of pocket for our loan, which was more than I can say that our old finance company could offer us. Made it easy to walk away from them.

I refinanced a home that I inhereted so that I could buy it from my siblings. All the day to day parts of paperwork they were great about- they did things quickly and neatly. But because this involved a trust there were components that weren't "every day", and that is where their unprofessionalism showed, it was as if I was the only person to ever have inhereted a house. The way they handled my situation was like an unfunny joke: they not only had no answers when they should have had answers, but they didn't even try to help and in fact straight up ignored my very legitimate questions.

I felt that they were a little disorganized in asking for certain things and then further on in the process realizing they needed more things. It was stressful down to the wire. Things were not explained clearly.

If you want really bad service and want to deal with a company who has no clue how to process a loan, use CashCall Mortgage. They are completely incompetent and their underwriting team has no knowledge regarding the documents needed for a loan.
This was the worse experience I've ever had with a mortgage company. They lie cheat and and mislead you at ever corner.
Buyer beware, stay away you will thank me.

If you want a headache and a lot of undo stress, the use this company and feel the stress and the agonizing pain that I felt.

We have refi'd with Cash Call two other times in the past, both great experiences. This third time was awful and extremely frustrating.

We were assigned Christopher Barton and Jennifer Tsai. Christopher was very unresponsive to our questions, I had to email and call multiple times to get answers from him. Our loan estimates and paperwork constantly had errors on them that we asked to have corrected, and were being sent back and forth with the same errors over and over again. We had asked for two estimates, one with pulling equity out and one without. We decided that we would not pull money out, but we kept getting the documents with the wrong information – the one where it showed us pulling cash out. Time and time again we asked to be sent the correct disclosures to sign, and that took days and a lot of back and forth (a lot of the time not getting any answers) to finally get the correct documents in Doc Magic. We also had issues with the Tangible Net Benefits form, which had multiple errors on it. We were told that they couldn't be changed and if we wanted to make a note on it, we could. That came off very unprofessional to me.

I had to constantly check in and see where we were, what they needed from us, etc. I had originally contacted him on 11/1, and by 11/8 we hadn't moved forward at all. When I finally got fed up, I called and asked for someone else to take over for us. Christopher called me upset that I didn't want to work with him anymore. When I explained why I wanted someone else, he apologized and said he would do his best to get our loan closed with as little difficulty as possible. That was true for about 2 days. After that, things continued to be the same. Unresponsive, errors on our loan documents, not keeping us updated.

We also had issues with our escrow account paying our insurance. He said they "couldn't do that", even though we have had that done in the past with our previous escrow accounts. I had to call the escrow company myself who had no problem cutting a check for us. Then we got a notice from our insurance company that it had been paid twice, once from the new escrow account on 11/29, and one from the mortgage company on 12/27. Very frustrating.

The take away we got from this is either they didn't know what they were doing, or they just didn't care and wanted to be done with us. We made sure to get them everything they asked for as soon as we could, and it would have been nice if we were treated with the same professional courtesy. I'm sure we will use Cash Call in the future for our refinancing needs, but we will never, ever deal with Christopher Barton again.

After learning about the company on satellite radio, I gave them a call to see if they could help with a re-finance of our home…Not only was EVERYONE there at the company extremely helpful, courteous and professional, but the process was the quickest and painless transaction I've ever been involved with!!! Needless to say we were quite satisfied with the results…

Leonard the original salesman was very helpful. Stacey then took over, and constantly asked me for the same thing again and again,I don't believe she ever read anything. I understand she got let go. Because of this, Anthony took over, and I landed up losing my rate because it all took about twice as long as it should have done. When it came to actually closing nobody explained anything to me, they just told me a notary would come and see me. Notaries do not make house calls where I live, once I understood that there was no notary, I made my own arrangements with a local bank. However, no instructions were given, meaning I had to reprint everything because it had to be on one side only (I only found this out because I called for some help). The entire process was frustrating beyond any financing experience I have ever lived through.
