My amazon account has been suspended, all reviews are deleted and I can no longer review any product in amazon. I wish I knew it before. I have some items waiting for refund and has been collecting points to get one item that needs lots of points.

we gave it a try and here is our experience:

1. check closely and you will see spelling mistakes that crush the trust – we sent an email confused to reassure this is not a scam website.
2. there is no easy way to contact customer service – luckily we had saved in our email history some reply and started from there. they didnt bother to add on basic and simple features of contact support team.
3. after you accept requests they freeze your money to make sure reviewer gets refund – that is totally fine – however we had lots of buyers who didnt review – so a lot of money is frozen for guarantee – apparently there is no time limit for adding review so very conveniently they keep our money frozen even after months….just in case they add review and we wont refund them. that is absurd!! surely there should be a time limit.
4. we only tried a month and of course cancelled the 2nd month, it took about 2-3 weeks for refund to appear and only after we send a 2nd reminder.

basically this is not a professional company, the website is very simple and lacks a million quick features that could help us as advertisers. we definitely do not recommend. we hate to write reviews and actually went out of our way to write this one just because of our huge disappointment.

it looks like a one or two person job that runs this website out of their spare time

I've had 19 refunds on products (including kitchen scales, car windshield cover, shoes, torch, chocolate, gardening gloves, lunch box – a wide variety of things!), all within a week of posting the review link. Also had 2 coupons used which took the total of some bathroom scales from 拢25 to 拢5, and a measuring tool from 拢15 to 拢3, no review required. Had two friends / family sign up and they've both had 3 products delivered, reviewed, and refunded. I've never had to chase a refund and everything has gone smoothly.

My only complaints are that new products aren't added very frequently, and you can't purchase from the same seller more than once within a certain time frame – and it does seem to be the same sellers regularly listing items / listing multiple at once. Also, sometimes the PayPal fee isn't refunded but this isn't usually more than 拢1.

Overall, it's a brilliant site and I look forward to more products!

I have been using cashback base for 6 weeks or so and have had around 6/7 orders which have all been refunded without any trouble, I once sent the wrong link to a buyer and apologised, they were good about it and once the correct link was sent I had my cashback quickly. The only downfall I have is there stock isn't renewed often enough.

Made my purchase on Amazon, but never got my money back from the seller. Be aware, reviewing the items on this site may get your Amazon account suspended!
I did a little bit research and found their customer service QQ….I guess this website is operated by a Chinese company.

The reason I signed up on this site was that it said that regardless of leaving a review on the Amazon I would get the rebate. I got one product and reviewed it on the cashbackbase site and also on the Amazon. Suddenly my account was stopped from writing reviews and all my old reviews got deleted. Now the seller wont reimburse be and the cashbackbase support will not answer me. Total scam and waste of time, and the worst is that now I can't write anymore new reviews. AVOID THEM because I think there sellers are on Amazon's blacklist.

CashBack Base is the reason I can no longer leave reviews on Amazon!! My account was always in good standing until I left reviews for the sellers (because it's required). I only reviewed 4 products total and now that I'm no longer able to leave reviews I have 5 products I'll be returning.
IT'S NOT WORTH HAVING YOUR ACCOUNT SUSPENDED and spending weekes trying to get through to someone at Amazon only to find out they don't care.

Bought, reviewed, and been refunded for my first two items already – been using this for 2 weeks now.

There isn't a large range of products to review, and there have only been 2 products added in the last 2 weeks, but for the products there the service seems to be ok. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, but will update this review if I ever need to.

The process is good (it鈥檚 good to review the buyer profiles) but you do need to buy ad on their website to get enough reviews.

Seems to be a hit or miss. I bought 3 items last month and was refunded for 2 of them. The seller for my still pending refunded item contacted me after I made my order to request for pictures or videos on my review. However, I did not get an reply when I contacted them about my uploaded review, asking about my refund. For now, I will wait a bit longer for my refund. But soon I'll contact customer service hoping for some help with my refund. If I still won't get my money back, ultimately I'll give the seller a 1 star review and report their amazon account. Therefore, if you guys don't want to be hassled with bad sellers, don't bother with this site.

Recently Amazon has suspended me from submitting reviews. Do Cashbackbase refund deals violate Amazon Community Guidelines?

I had been using this site for a while now. All so far was good in way of placing deal offer , purchasing and confirmation and getting cashback on time.
But in recent days I am noticing less support from customer care and raising concerns for me a lot. I have products purchased, reviewed and shared the links to the seller who is not responding for the past 15 days . Multiple chat messages are sent to seller and multiple mails are sent to customer support. Till date no update from anyone !!! CASHBACKBASE TEAM , PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ASAP.

It is very easey to get refund with our amazon us product.

I have a deal and a seller who does not refund the money.
What can we do about this?
Why is the sellers who never reply on anything do not refund does not get banned from your site?
Does anyone do monitor the sellers and products?

I thought to try this website when I heard about it, especially when I read their policy about leaving honest review. So, I tried in some simple products and waited and send messages and contacted the seller to get my refund back. They keep giving me promises and I didn鈥檛 get anything

Totally Scam!!!

You must give the product a good review and wait for the seller's message. If they like your revies they will ask your Paypal account even though you already put the information in the system, and you got to wait for the money a long time, then the seller sends you few dollars, not as the website promised to give, very dishonest. You got to check your Paypal very often, won't use it again!

The website says just pay on Amazon and receives the item then get the rebate. The website is dishonest like their sellers, the fact is all the sellers will ask you to write the review and decide if they give you money. The rebate even not as they promised. Too many tricks on the website.

SCAM!!! Did I mention it鈥檚 a total scam!

Bought the products, followed the rules, waited patiently, and got screwed.

Free stuff!!! Isn't that the reason you're here? You want free stuff, but you don't know if you trust Cashbackbase.com. Well, it's legit, but there are certain rules that you have to follow. Those are some of the cons so now let's go to those.

People say you can't get something from nothing. That means that you can't get items without anything in return, right? The "return" asked from you involves creating an account on Cashbackbase.com, verifying your email address, giving them your Amazon profile link. Once that's done and you're given the go-ahead, you must follow the steps they clearly outline.

This site works on a point system, usually each point is the equivalent of one cent. You start off with 2,000 points, I believe. You have to request to use your points to purchase an item from the items currently available on their website. Once approval is given, which is usually within a day or less, you can purchase it on Amazon.

You'll need to use your own money to purchase it, mind you. Once you get the confirmation number, screenshot this and go to the page where you requested to use your points to get the item. Enter your information including the confirmation number and attach the screenshot. It will take a few days for this to be approved but once it is, your money will be refunded (this doesn't included the shipping or taxes). So, if shipping and handling or taxes are included, that will not be refunded. Still, you're only paying a few dollars or cents for what could have been 10 times as much. Another point to keep in mind is that you will be reimbursed by Paypal and you know that Paypal will take its cut. So, you will probably lose a few cents there. By now you may be thinking, do I really have to leave a review?

It's not obligatory, but if you want more than this single one-time reimbursement, you will have to. Remember when you used your points? Yeah, those are gone. So, how are you going to get reimbursed for other things if you don't have enough points?

The best way to earn back those points is to refer friends. But, you only get those points when your friends sign up AND complete their first purchase. So, that may not work for you. Another way would be to write a review and submit it. Once you do and they verify it has been done, you will get 1,000 points back. Great, right? But there's a catch. If you "buy" an item that cost you more than 1,000 points, you are still have less points than you started with. How can you earn extra points to buy more expensive items? Well, there are items you can buy at a discount instead of completely free. Some of these give you extra points. Or you can choose to buy and get reimbursed for that item you weren't crazy about but costs less than 1,000 points, meaning that review will give you more points than you are spending.

The easiest way to earn points is to click the daily sign in button once a day. However, this only gives you 30 cents a day and, as you can imagine, will take a while to build up into usable points.

So, as you can see, this site is legit, but it takes a bit of work and time. Is it worth it? You decide. Personally, I will keep using it. I've already gotten 3 free items I never would have gotten otherwise. I think the bit of hassle is worth the $40 or so I've saved.

have been visiting the site every single day not even one product available to buy , it wasted my time alot. not sure what hapnd the points I eraned

I had no issues with the site. Of course they have limited products and well most of them won't be items you need or want but when you find something then it is good to get it for a good discount or free. The only downside is with the points you earn. If you don't visit the site at least once a week you'll lose your points and makes it harder to want to buy products since it requires points to purchase free ones. Recently there have been little to no deals so hope the site will continue to offer deals. The refunds were done within a week for me so it was something that was pretty cool considering the reviews saying they took a while.

I have ordered, received, and reviewed a dozen items on CashBackBase. The program often gives you full credit for an item or some cost a nominal amount. Prime shipping is free and paypal charges you a tiny amount when the money is credited to your account. I have loved trying many products that I probably would not have purchased but with a free program I am game to order lots of stuff. The reviews are important, they get you points and I am sure the reviews are the reason the sellers offer the discounts.

The site is great but u have to patience this is not instant gratification the discounts are great for good items as long as your are willing to wait 3-4 weeks it鈥檚 worth it
Lately there are fewer choices it seems that they might be revamping the site

What irks me is that it does take so long to be reimbursed it鈥檚 now taking up to 30 working days before you get reimbursed and I have five items that I still have not received a refund on

Most review sites are instant you get paid as soon the item is shipped I don't like the wait time at all on here its way too long. If I knew it was going to take this long I wouldn't have spent so much.

It鈥檚 ok if you really need the free item. Otherwise you will end up paying for P&P for something you really didn鈥檛 need. Which happened to me.You will only get refunded for the price of the item.You pay for delivery. OK if you can sell it on and make a profit though!
