I needed a loan quick for a family issue. I was pleased with my customer service agent. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. Any questions I had she was knowledgeable. I received my loan in my account the next business day

The amount of money needed was not available to me as suggested it would be according to advertisement.

Staff it鈥檚 not knowledgeable of their products before passing information to their returning customers. Given incorrect information hurts the customer not cash aisle. During this time almost everybody need a helping hand.
