So, the day after I wrote my sarcasm filled, scalding review of Cash4calcs, I was proven completely wrong, and this new review is to eat crow! So here goes–The next day I tried calling the toll free number and was pleasantly surprised when customer service agent answered the line {period} I explained the circumstances and also let him know about my review that I had placed the night before titled ever get the itch in the roof of your mouth that only a gun barrel can scratch {period} the customer service agent apologized and said that he would have my account paid by the end of the day {period} this was no understatement {comma} my PayPal account notified me less than half an hour later that the full amount of $54 was deposited to my account {period} So give them a chance, they are backed up with the pandemic, they've got a shortage of employees, there are things going on beyond their control they will get you paid! I do encourage you to use the toll free number, hit zero if it goes to voicemail, and then hit zero again to transfer to an operator. Hopefully you'll get through to a real person and they will take care of you–kudos to cash4calcs for making things right!

So I sent my calculators to this company before reading the reviews and when I did you could imagine I was pretty worried I then tried to contact the company to find out if the reviews were warranted I called a ton of times and only ever talked to one person on the phone but was assured I would
be paid it took about a month and a lot of emails checking on the progress of my items but justen made sure I got my money and in the end I would use them again they pay more for your items even tho it may take a little bit longer to get your money

Sent my calculators during a holiday week, arrived their post location on a Thursday and staff personal was helpful to get my order through before the weekend to be sure I got paid in time. They shifted thru the packages to find my package just to find mine. You just have to have patience and understand sometimes they are under staff during the holidays. Thanks so much for your assistance!

Do not send your calculator. You will never get your check. I have emailed and called multiple times and no response. I have written to the Better Business Bureau AND the Attorney General of New York to complain. This company is a SCAM.

This is a scam. They suck. DO NOT send them anything. It's a total scam. Not pleased at all. Will never send anything to them again.

I sent in a calculator weeks ago and have not heard from cash4cals, no response to 4+ phone calls plus numerous emails. Extremely frustrated with this scam.

I sent a total of 6 calculators at the beginning of March I got paid for two of them I had to on each order which is three orders the last order that I sent I didn't got paid for it the other two I'm still waiting on they don't answer the phone they don't answer the email I've tried every number I've tried to Better Business Bureau nothing is working do not use the site I counted on this money for my son's graduation they screwed me Will Change review if I get paid

I have left several messages by phone and e mail. No one responds and I haven't received any payment. I sent the 4 calculators! Don't use this site!!

Waiting for 2 months since "your check has been sent". Refuses to answer emails or phone from me & no replies to Better Business Bureau inquiries on my behalf. If I get my $23 I will change my review. Today (March 28) finally received a check for $21, not my quoted price which they were to send me (email dated 1/2/2019 said the check will arrive in 2-3 days). The check is from not "Cash4Calcs" but SellCalculators.com LLC. If you go to that webwite you will see calculators for sale (and a small box at the bottom noting they will buy your calculator if you email Cash4Calcs). They never answered my subsequent emails or phone calls, and did not respond to calls or letters from the BBB of NYC. No explanation of why the check is for $2 less than quoted and what they were to send. I suspect (no proof) that the company will buy your calcs, and resell them, and you will get your money, if any, when they get enough from re-selling them on the other website. This company is deceitful in many ways, and I'd never use them again for anything.

I was quoted $49 for my graphing calculator in very good condition. What I received was $28. They claimed that my calculator was in "poor condition" but it was not. Just know that if you send your calculator here, you won't get what you are quoted. I would not use them again as they are not honest.

I sent in 2 calculators in mid December. The website is easy to use and the instruction is clear. I created an account online and has been following with site for status update. It changed from received, pending to paid. I got the check today. (Jan 12). So the whole process takes about a month, there is no hassle. And it pays as it promised. I will recommend this site

I sent a calculator in and have tried to get in touch with them by calling the numbers that they provide on their website. Goes to voicemail and when you leave a message no-one calls back. I called 2 different numbers found on their site and each one goes to voicemail. Total scam. PLEASE take your buisness elsewhere.

I have sent my calculators in going on 2 months ago and still have not received any payment. They have not called me back and I have not been able to get anyone To answer the phone, PLEASE take your business elsewhere, this is a complete scam. They have an office in Brooklyn for anyone else who this has happened too, check the better business brureau for this adress it's the only sauce I could think of to get your momey. Best of luck.

I've read a few negative reviews about this company so I wanted to provide my 2 cents. I submitted my product information, printed the pre-paid postage slip and mailed the items. I will admit, I got a little nervous after not hearing back within a week. So I sent an email and left a message. They responded the next day. They apologized (there were some issues with the post office and due to the most recent hurricane shipment was delayed), processed the order and deposited the $$ to my Paypal the next day. Just be PATIENT. They will take care of you.

You send the calculator and they don't send the money! When you call they don't pick up the phone so you leave a message and they don't call you back. When you send emails they don't respond. I sent my TI 84 PLUS and was supposed to receive 50 bucks within 24 hours and never rec'd it. IT IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY

I sent in 3 calculators that were TI-84 Plus almost 2 weeks ago. Today I called them and was able to change my payment method from check to PayPal and got payment within an hr. I was quoted $189 for all 3 brand new calculators and my payment was for the $189 I was quoted. PayPal is by far the best and quickest way to receive your payment. Will deal with again.

About Cash4Calcs: Beware!!! You will not receive what you expected to receive. I sent 5 calculators in excellent condition and received a quote of $185.00. However, I was sent a check for $86!! I called the customer service center and received a lot of blah-blah-blah about the condition of my calculators. I left a phone message for the manager of the company who also didn't make any effort or care enough to contact me. I failed to take photos of my calculators and advise you to take photos of your calculators ON BOTH SIDES (write down the identifying numbers of each calculator) if you decide to deal with this company. They are clearly not honest and don't care about their suppliers. I will personally never deal with them again!.

i sent my calculator to these people, after i had estimated the price of my calculator in good condition warrenting an estimation of 45$ i got the payment in the mail by check right around 2 weeks after shipping my calculator so with the time the USPS takes it was pretty quick. when i got the payment it was only 16$, i contacted customer service who were friendly and explained to me why my calculator was appraised lower than i expected. i.e. mine had scratches on the screen i hadnt noticed. despite this we were able to work out a deal. they also showed good customer service and listened to my complaint and took the steps to fix it as well. they were kind and honest.

I was provided a free shipping label and the calculator went to them fine. Yes, it took a while for them to get to me and I'm not sure if they would have confirmed receiving it if I hadn't emailed them. I had to email two more times but I was paid after almost two weeks. Considering the number of calculators they probably get every day I understand. Considering they offered more money than their competitors and I did actually receive the money via Paypal, I can't complain.

I have contacted this company 3 times and finally received a reply that they just received my package. I know that's a lie because I placed a receipt notification with this package. I am now in the process of reporting this company to my local Attorney General's Office, FTC and Better Business Bureau. They can no longer continue business like this. I would have had more satisfaction just tossing my calculators then letting this company scam me. Order number 31821

My name is Melvin and I've been selling with this company for years and this is the best company. I have never had a bad experience with this company. trust me when I tell you I have been doing business with this company for years and never had no issues.

This site gives you a free shipping label for you to send in calculators. I sent in my TI-84 plus last week and just got paid today. Their site says 24 hours, but I imagine thats for paypal payments (otherwise they'd have to overnight me a check, and that probably cost more than the calculator is worth). I don't mind waiting for a check to arrive, so I have no complaints. They pay more than anyone else.

Long term customer here… I've been sending them calculators for YEARS and NEVER had a problem. Last time I called to ask about my check and asked Peter (te guy that answers when you call) about the reviews, and he said there are really only two or three good sites out there all competing for the same business, and other site owners are VERY competitive and leave us bad reviews all the time, and theres not much they can do about it because they're not real customers. He said they reach out to people who write reviews and half the time the names or emails don't match whos sending in calcs, they're not really people so they can't contact them. Maybe they don't wanna put their real names, maybe they're fake, or maybe they're real. i have no clue. All i know is that I've sent in calculatotors at least 6-7 times and always got paid.
