Cash Genie Loans

Bad customer service. I paid my loan but cash is not credited in my account. Now i am getting messages that repay my loan soon. I'm trying to talk with customer service department, but there is no way to contact with them. I send messages, live chat and also send mail but not responding. It will affect my credit score. I feel sorry for this loan .

Usually fast and friendly. Hiccups can, and do, happen but even the complaints process is professional and speedy. Would highly recommend above any other. Only slight problem is they are reviewing currently which means I can't use them and my washer has packed up, could've been better thought out so customers do not lose faith in what is otherwise a very good company.

Really easy to use website. A walk in the park compared to some. Filed an application at 1.30am, then given approval when I emailed both sides of my debit card. Cash genie phoned me next morning at 9.10am already and then 2 phone calls later sent a txt to say money is being transferred. Money took 30 mins from approval to hit my account! Staff very helpful on the phone too.

i know its an expensive way to lend but as long as you can afford to pay it back I found cash genie an easy way to lend

I know that payday loan companies get a bad wrap but I have found this company to be a real help to me when I needed it most. They are friendly, quick (really easy process), helpful and there are no hidden charges. It does exactly what it says on the tin and I for one have appreciated being able to do businesss with them. Would recommend if you find yourself in the position of needing that little extra if something unexpected turns up.

Cashgenie is not a TRUSTING company at all….very very disappointed with the company….they never respond to emails….they let you down….never will they get my service again….i will NOT reccomend cashgenie to anybody…..waste of space….

They are entitled to get their money back but they do charge too much interest – 45 pounds just to borrow 100 quid for 8 days?

However the transfer time puts me off quick enougth to take back but not give even thought your paying for the service

I am appalled today , after being a good customer and always paying my loan back on time I reapplied today and was told I didnt meet their criteria!!! It seems being a good customer doesnt count for anything.

Money paid quickly apr high and doesn't seem to change on how long you take the loan for.
