I co-sign for my son my son had car trade in 2013 Kia Optima with 59,000 miles on it they give 6000 for that car they put to the new car, so he put 500 down on new car first car payment was do on new car 2017 Kia Forte less than 30 days son he try to make payment couldn't had make back dealership and took them two months to pay his old car off,car was brought 6-25-17the whole time never send any contract or paperwork about car until phone asking about car payment that when find out the put the car in my name. That crazy, what can I do to get out this crooked deal? and salesperson no I was trying buy house he Calls one his friend who was mortgage person and realtor to persuade me it's OK to co-sign that it wants to affect my credit.
