Casey Carpet installed our tile and did a wonderful job from the beginning of the process to the end. Iris, at the store, was so helpful and our installers were clean, polite, friendly and thorough. A few small issues with the tile were fixed quickly without any difficulty and a store representative came by nearly every day to be sure we were happy with the installation and product. We could not have had a better experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Tate at Casey Carpet One in Lubbock from beginning to end. He was very helpful in assisting us navigate through the pitfalls of picking flooring and tile for our remodel. Not only were the prices competitive, the service was impeccable from the sales floor to the completed installation of the carpet. Great job, great people, quality work…used them for multiple jobs

What was suppose to be a 3 day job turned out to be a month. Lots of problems! The laying of water proof tile in kitchen, breakfast nook laundry room and two small bathroom. I have to say that Jim worked with me and most of the problems were solved but it was not a good experience.

Casey Carpet just laid an entire house for me. They installed ceramic, vinyl wood, carpet and a new shower. Everyone involved from the salesman (Todd Truesdell) to everyone of the installers were very professional and courteous. Also did I mention that they did an awesome job with the installation itself. From the very first moment we entered the store the customer service was outstanding and continued that way throughout the selection, purchase, and installation process. Trent, our sales representative, was very patient and helpful. He even stopped by the house while the carpet was being installed to make sure all was going well. I had carpet and vinyl flooring installed. The work was great. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a problem with the vinyl installer getting the quarter round properly attached all the way around (and one other matter). He finally got over to take care of it. I would recommend Casey Carpet One.

I had 3 bedrooms done at my house and was very happy with Casey Carpet. The service was great at the store. The day of installation the salesman and the owner came by to make sure we were happy with carpet and with the men doing the installation.
