I ordered covers for Ascend P1, Xperia Ray and Desire S in two batches. The Xperia Ray cover was out of stock and they have promptly refunded the money. Both the shipments arrived in Dubai within 8-10 days of order. The products were properly packed, exactly as described and the quality was really good, not like other chinese products available in the Dubai market. I bought a cover for my smartphone there, after spending abut an hour chatting with an operator, that also linked me some tracking reports, to show me that the shpping time for italy was really around two weeks.
they also contacted to warm me that the item went out, if i wanted to change the colour or to wait.
i received the item nearly one month after, so why i gave them 5 stars? because, christmas holidays permitting, it actually arrived in italy two weeks later, but the customs and the post service held it for the remaining time, as far as my mother called the post and it arrived in the same moment!

EDIT : **I was refunded 5 days after the review so i am going to return the favour and give this company a few more stars**

I decided to try buying a case from casesss.com and this is what i found.
1. There is no stock inventory. I was charged for a product which was not in stock and which is still NOT delivered
2. There is no communication or standard FAQs on the site. you have to wait for weeks before getting a response
3. There is no defined method of cancelling an order and asking for a refund
4. The terms and conditions are not defined anywhere on the site
5. There is no update in case you ask a question.
6. I ordered a similar product from another website, it was delivered within 3 days with the same price. It has been more than 3 days since my last ONE WAY communication with the site. Highly frustrating!

I do a lot of online shopping but this experience has been harrowing. Even after putting my order on 'Hold Order' there has been no response from the site.

Casesss.com, if you are reading this, please make your site a bit more user oriented. There is no defined methods to cancel or check order status. BAD USER EXPERIENCE!

I ordered a case for Zte T-Mobile Vivacity (it's called Telenor Touch Plus here), which is nowhere to be found but on this site. It arrived in a week. The white case I ordered is of excellent quality, and I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out that there was a screen protector included for free (the order page doesn't mention a screen protector)! Case arrived ingood time 11 days but quality is poor ascase rub off colour from pocket trouses. Case is white and now the corners are become blue.Case is made with all ports and buttons acessible.

I bought a case for huawei u8850! it arrived in excellent condition and in a short time! recommended!

I've ordered 2 cases for my htc desire v, and they were of good quality and the shipment time was good.
Only small comment is that one of the cases didn't come with a screen protection, but that's was not a big issue.

i give 5-stars to Casesss.com because: they were swift in answering my email inquiries pre-ordering; fair+accurate in the expected delivery times; and their Nillkin cases are very good quality and fairly priced.
be prepared that it takes longer in delivery time from Singapore, BUT that they are very accurate in the estimated times state stated on their webpage.
i chose to have my goods delivered via Singapore post to Swedish post and it worked mega smooth.
