I ordered my phone case in March and it is now June and I still haven鈥檛 received my case. I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund as the tracking says it has been returned to sender but the company refuses to give me one. I paid over $45 for the case and shipping and am not ever going to buy from them again. Very disappointed

I ordered a case from them, never got it. I emailed three times to let them know and got no response. When you call them you get this horrible robotic answering machine that wants you to leave a message. No customer service at all. I will be charging back.

I bought a brand new S20 Ultra and was in desperate need for a case ASAP. Cases.com was the only place I could fine the case I was looking for. I ended up pay almost $60 for the case! When the order was first placed I requested and paid for overnight delivery (another $23). Like Ibsaid I was desperate.

Three days later the case was still not shipped. I emailed customer service and no accommodations were offered. I was able to get the $23 back that I paid for overnight. Here I am almost 2 weeks later still no phone case for for my S20!!! For the money I paid this is unacceptable.

Cases.com will never get another dime from me.

The scumiest scam website. They charge you a ridiculous price for shipping and wait till the actual date it's supposed to arrive then they send it off. I told them I wanted a refund and they never replied but funny thing is they finally sent what I bought to
ups for shipment super late after I complained with no reply. These ppl are charging for fast shipping and waiting a week after it was supposed to be shipped. So obviously they are keeping shipping money and screwing customers over. I learned that I shouldn't trust websites period that Look trustworthy.

I will not use this company again. I ordered two phone cases & a screen protector. I paid overnight shipping took three days to get one case that was sent overnight mail the rest they sent regular mail. I called them & they informed me that I only paid for one overnight shipment. I paid for the whole order to be overnighted not 1/3 of the order.

Love my case I got from them, it took a little longer then I would have liked for it to arrive but it was definitely worth the wait. My nimbus 9 case looks great and is well made. I searched Amazon over and over for a case for my galaxy a30s and I couldn't find anything I was certain about. Within minutes of being in their site I found a case that I loved and ordered it right away. The phone cases are a little more costly then Amazon, but for the quality they provide it's worth the few extra bucks. They also had quite a few cases on sale. I got free shipping as well.

I was weary given the other reviews. I ordered a case that was made by Zagg but sold out on Zagg's website. It was the Gear4 Iridescent Case for the Galaxy S20. My order was placed on the 17th, tracking was generated that evening and in USPS's possession on the 18th. The package arrived just now on the 20th. Shipping was free and I got exactly what I ordered for retail price. I was not upcharged. Not sure how they were able to do this but I'm not complaining. Thanks very much!!!

Only left 1 star had to. Worst ever. Many of same complaints. Pay for overnight get it 2 years later. Called and Lady says we state on website we take 2 days to process, then ship. Ok well whats the point in paying for overnight shipping. I dont mean " oh you can process then send overnight" technically that's not overnight. Should not offer it. Amazon says overnight and boom its here next day. I just used cases.com cause Amazon cases for my phone was limited. And when you call after business hours it says calling after business hours. All our customer reps are busy will get with you asap blah blah. Or leave email to [email protected] with your number and ws will call back. Not. BAD BAD COMPNAY

I bought one case from them. In 2008. Order 150559.

Still get emails to this day despite "opting-out" every time I am sent an email. Overpriced, poor selection, no respect for my privacy and unable to understand opt-in email marketing. How are these guys still in business?

A friend treated me to a case for my cell phone I found you online ordered it and didn't see it when I called I was told it was going to be late because of the Memorial Day holiday luckily enough I got an excellent customer service rep on the line unfortunately I forgot her name but she made it happen I got my case and screen protector for my Samsung in time to leave for my honeymoon this is the best quality Case I ever bought with a kickstand and a holder so when I'm working out I could clip it to my body the case is strong and the price was reasonable thank you to the sweet customer service girl in Aurora for making it arrive on time 😉

I decided to buy phone cases from cases.com. on 5/19 and I decided to spend the extra $15 for 2 day shipping and didnt get my case until the 5/24. That is not 2 day shipping to me that's false advertising. Also after I had purchased my case about an hour later my wife decided to purchase a case for her phone as well and then she laughed at me and said that I wasted my money on 2 day shipping and she would bet me that she would get hers first using standard usps mail for $3.95. Somewhere along the line cases.com decided to put both of our phone cases together in the same shipping container instead of doing them separately like we ordered. My wife and I never asked cases.com to combine our orders. How unprofessional for a company to make order changes without the consumers consent. I paid extra for 2 day shipping to get my phone case faster. When a company states in their advertisement 2 day shipping you as a consumer expect them to hold to their word and not just charge you $15 extra for standard shipping speed. So I confronted them on this and they offered me $3 refund for what my wife paid in standard shipping. The funny thing is we both got our cases in the same package on the day it said we would on the standard USPS shipping selection the day we ordered.This is unacceptable they stole my money and did not get me my case in a timely manner it took 5 days with fedex 2 day shipping that I paid $15 extra for.Order Number – 403849. After I posted this I got a written threat of legal action from this garbage company if I didnt change some wording around like they DIDNT USE USPS THEY USED FEDEX 2 day shipping that took 5 days to get to me. In my opinion STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SO MANY BETTER PLACES OUT THERE. I THREW MY GARBAGE CHEAP PLASTIC PIECE OF GARBAGE
CASE FROM CASES.COM AWAY and went to otterbox way better company and customer service. Hopefully this will help other consumers from making the same mistake the wife and I did and that is buying from CASES.COM. Fact is here is the email they sent me about my post on here.This is from corporate.

Do you really want to deal with a company that threatens you with legal action for speaking out the truth. Not me I will never buy from them again nor will I recommend this company to anybody. I just bought my third case from Cases.com. Every time I call or email with a question they quickly get back to me and provide great customer service. On top of that, they have extremely nice cases of high quality. I started out with a Piel Frama case for my iPhone 4 a few years ago and have now switched to Orbino for my iPhone 5s and iPad Air. I get compliments all of the time. Great company and products.

This site has a large catalog for browsing for cases, but as far as buying from them goes, you can usually find cheaper prices on other sites,
