Poor communication was the standout here. I bought a Kindle Case from this seller because it is marketed as 'Australian'. It became apparent in email communication that this was not necessarily the case. I was sent the wrong case. Then I had to spend money returning the case, which they said they didn't receive. Then I argued with them and they sent me back the exact case I had returned to them. (The one they said they hadn't received). I cut my loss and gave up. You can get exactly the same product on eBay at a fraction of the price I paid.
