Cooler was shipped in a timely manner , but I live in Punta Gorda, Fl.and the cooler was dropped off in Tampa Fl. 100 miles north of where I live. The resident in Tampa that received my cooler called me and made arrangements for me to drive to his home to pickup my cooler .

Case sizing made thing easy, maybe algorithm for length would help in Google searches to get you more hits going to individual sites to find length requirements was a hassle. No body does that they tag thing with "long" maybe 48" or 4' 60" or 5' would help drive additional traffic.

found out about you from pelican customer service. found what I wanted easily. was surprised at shipping cost, but transaction was smooth.

Easy to shop on your site but the batteries are not as high capacity as the pelican competitors. And 2389 rechargeable 18650 batteries from other companies do not fit the pelican 7620 flashlight.
