No offence, but if you google it, you will know that our Spring Festival (public holidays, from 2015/02/18–2015/02/24) are national wide. During this period, our delivery companies and Chinese customs do be unavailable. This is because they were also having the holidays.
And for we're located in China, if you want it at door by this Friday, it will really be impossible. Under this condition, we then only have to cancel and fully refund your order. The refunds should be done later today or earlier tomorrow.
After we submit the refunds to the bank, generally, the money will return into your account in about 14 business days. But for international order refunds like this, it sometimes may take up over one month to proceed. This is quite normal, pls be patient.
