Case Boy – The Working Gameboy Case

Cheap product, it was damaged when i got it, i asked to return and they said product is on sale and we dont return items on sale, the price is always the same it doesnt change, dont buy from them.

The product and company are scams. It's a poorly constructed product, the buttons stick, and the games don't save. They don't say that on their website. Asked for a refund and return, they refused. Scam all around. Do not purchase one of these trash products.

I have not heard a word from the company after ordering two of their cases for a friend's birthday. They also haven't responded to either of my two emails. Gave them the benefit of the doubt; but now wish I hadn't. Company is a major scam. And NO, I DID shop at caseboyshop.com and they are just as bad a scam as their "non-affiliated" thecaseboyshop.com. STAY AWAY!

The case doesn鈥檛 even fit on my phone. I ordered an iPhone XR case and the case is much smaller than my phone.

Placed an order of 2 items. However only 1 item has been shipped (1 month after i have placed order).
Contacted caseboy for the missing item. After 10+ rounds of email and over 1 month. They are still saying the issue will be passed onto the appropriate department…..

Fraud. I鈥檓 usually pretty good with noticing fraud websites but I fell for it this time. The website doesn鈥檛 work now after purchasing an item that hasn鈥檛 arrived. It鈥檚 been almost a month

Bought the wrong size case and asked if it would be possible to return and swap for the correct size. I was willing to cover all postage. Was told blankly, no. Shocking customer service! Avoid.

Scam!!!! Don鈥檛 ever ever buy to this. Its a scam i ordered mine almost 1 and half month already and never recieve the product. I keep contacting the customer service via email they keep sending me the same email and they told me my product already delieved. Which when you look at its not even my address.. i kept complaining telling send me new product same price i ordered nothing happened.. dont ever ever buy to this.

It has been over a month since i have placed the order. I still haven't received any updates and parcels.

This is a fraud item. It arrives with no manual, no cable, scrached screen and does not properly fit the iphone. It is a horrible product not worth any amount of money.

Their shop is set up to fraud you by making you pay for the returns and be eligible for a refund only on the first 5 days which makes no sense.

Stay away from this product. Please report this shop.

Even if my phone is dead, I'm too entertained with this cover to care! Lol love the games! Such a great idea!!
