Buy from this company – I had waited AND STILL WATING for my items for over 2.5 months now. I have sent them numerous emails requesting a refund and they are refusing!. The last email they have sent me saying that if the package is not delivered at the end of the week then they will give complete refund – since then they have ignored all my emails. Thieves!

Ordered a case 4 weeks ago and have contacted support, never heard back. Luckily it was only a total of $20 i lost but normally i buy a new case for everyone in the family when we get our new phones. 100% a scam company that i came across on an instagram advert.

I've been in a back and forth emailing with them told them I never received the case, they said they were checking where it was. Told them again I hadn't received it, and that I wanted my money back, they said they don't do refunds. What a bunch of crap !!!!!!!

The first time I dropped my Case Boss the glass brokeAfter many frustrating e mails with no satisfaction (show us pictures of the broken glass) I gave up (probably what they were hoping for) I MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR OTTER IS THE CASE TO BUY

After buying an expensive cover for my phone the indestructible gorilla glass front broke when putting the case on the first time. The company would not replace the case. If I could give them a zero rating I would have

when checking out with the phone case they advertised a magnetic holder for the car. Well the magnet isn't strong enough to hold it. Be careful buying from this company because customer satisfaction is not their priority.

If I could give it less stars I would. The case is heady metal but the buttons don't line up right making it complete garbage. Tried to return and they said you only have 10 days from when it's received. It was a gift so it was wrapped up in those ten days. Out a lot of money. Crap. Don't buy it.

Scam

Ordered a phone case and then they starting charging my car for VIP service…Which does not exist. They charge you monthly, but there is nothing that comes with 鈥淰IP鈥?

Terrible experience.
My order #46816 not delivered for over a year. No responses to my numerous reminders requesting refund.
CaseBoss doesnt really intend delivering their orders, its all about swindling customers

I ordered three cases from these thieves one year ago today, March 20, 2017. I haven't received a thing. I also got a bogus tracking number.

I've contacted them many times over the course of the year but they refuse to do anything about it stating that the tracking website just hasn't updated their website yet. It's been a damn year! I've reported them to the BBB but they never responded back to them either. DO NOT DO "BUSINESS" with them. They just steal your money. All of their "happy customers" have to be fake. This exact same scenario has happened too many times.

After all this time, I've come to notice that every one of their products can also be purchased on Wish for $1-$10. I 100% believe that's what they're doing. They're buying items significantly cheaper off of Wish and then up-selling them to make a large profit. If they're legit and with all their "happy customers" a $30 refund wouldn't put them out of business.

I can't express how livid I am. I'll write this review on as many sites as I can to bring them down.

Bought a case that claims to be heavy duty/rugged and have "gorilla glass". Claims "you now have no need to worry of where you take your phone or if it drops. This case will fully protect your phone from breaking". Well, unfortunately, I dropped my phone within the first two weeks and the glass cracked. I sent a message to see if it could be replaced. They offer a 10 day replacement window. I was 5 days past and they pretty much said I was sh*t out of luck. They do not even offer a phone number to call and speak with them only email support. I would not recommend this company or it's products to anyone. Quality is not what they claim and customer service is worse. Shame on me for not doing my research before purchasing however hopefully this review will help someone who does research before purchasing.

Haven't received order

Ordered cell phone case March 24th. Have not received as yet. Tried communicating with the company and they ignore me until I mention legal action and then they say they have been unable to get hold of the company but they're trying. Unfortunately, if I don't try to contact them, they never contact me. Ever.

So I ordered a phone case for my iPhone 7 from this website. They ended up sending me a case for an iPhone 6 so it was completely useless since the design is different. I contacted them and not only did they refuse to exchange it but claimed I had made the mistake. They might have possibly exchanged it but because I responded a day late, they said it violated their 24 hour period. Seeing as they pretty much kept my $30 w/o me receiving any goods or services in return, I have to say my dealings with them have been the worse out of any place I have purchased anything from (I'm 32 so that's quite a number of places). If you are lucky and have the foresight to research this company before purchasing anything, you should just know they are crooks.

Ordered the case for my hubbys iPhone on 03/21/17. It's now 08/19/17. Several emails and many promises later NOTHING. Asked for a refund and they said because they'd sent the case they are not going to refund what is "obviously" the mails fault. There are now hundreds of bad reviews due to never ever getting the case. It really is BS. I've threatened, demanded and dare I say even pleaded a little. Ugh. Nothing.

CASE BOSS FACEBOOK SCAM

Hello, I also ordered three cases and the three free gifts back on March 24 this year and have received nothing so far apart from a fake tracking number which indicates the goods are being shipped from Singapore to Malaysia. It's a journey of about 300km so it could have been done on foot ten times by now.

I have reviewed the posts on the case-boss FB page and all seem to have the same grammatical mistakes and wording. I have also tried to find the location of the company and all is hidden behind hiding services. Despite the passage of four months, the few emails I have received all say they won't send a refund and that the shipper has not updated their website yet. It is also strange to note that the comments I posted on the case-boss FB page are never responded to by people who are supposedly happy customers (fake I believe).

I have asked FB to investigate and heard nothing from them either.

I have asked for the USD70 I paid to be refunded and they have refused stating that they have paid for the good and shipping so they won't make a refund. I believe this is fast becoming a huge scam on FB and their responses are simply an attempt to stretch out the scam and maximise their financial theft gain.

Ripped me off money

I ordered a case for my phone back in march 2, 2017 and it's now may 21,2017 still have not received it there's no phone number just email I have emailed them several times they give me a phony tracking number I ask for a refund no response and this has been going on for two months.
