Cascade Playtime Rental

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sean ! We rented a new Can Am Maverick side by side and also two Sea Doos to create the perfect weekend of non stop fun. He treated us like royalty and made sure that our entire experience was top notch. I have rented vehicles worldwide and have never had such great service. I highly recommend calling Sean and having him put together the perfect weekend of fun for you and your family.

Wow!! What a place and what great people! Our group originally tried to rent elsewhere but, thankfully, that place could/would not accommodate us. We were quite thankful for this.

Sean(shaun?), the owner, is just a great dude, and his staff (made up of friends and family) couldn't have been any nicer. This was our first time and they made it fun and exciting rather than adding to any anxiety we may have had over this activity.

In addition, and unlike the other location, Cascade has all the equipment you could ever need all there for a very reasonable daily rental rate. I just can't say enough about how great they were!

In fact, Sean initially discouraged us from doing a full day. As he acknowledged "I'm talking myself out of $, but I think you'll get enough in 4 hours". Well, after 2
Hours, we called to extend because we were having too much fun, and Sean accommodated no problem. About 2 hours before our day was up, one of the units refused to start. We called Sean and he sent one of his sons out to our location on the mountain and then his son just swapped us for his unit so we could get on with our day.

When we went to settle up at the end of our day, since we had only paid for the 1/2 day initially, Sean refused to take any additional money. He said "well, you paid for 1/2 and then added on the 2nd half so you owe us a bit but then you had issues with one of the units, so we'll call it even. You guys are good guys and I'm sure we'll square up next time, no problem" before then inviting us to eat or drink as we pleased from his open (meaning no charge kitchen.

Man! It's been a LONG time since I've encountered a quality business owner like this and I will speak his/their praises to anyone who will listen and I will absolutely be recommending them to any and all who I know will be in the area. Oh, and, of course, my crew will be back!

We were BACK and had an even better time this year! We had a solid crew of 6 and had a BLAST yet again. Sean and his boys do an amazing job of taking care of their customers like family. We couldn't have had more fun in the snow, all geared up with the equipment sean provided, and then, after we were done, we kicked back on the couches for some NFL action, feeling as comfortable as we would in our own homes.

Thanks Sean and Bo(beau? Unsure of spelling) and Brock for showing off his skills on the Timbersled and coming through with the extra supplies our group needed. Good looking out!

We reserved a couple jet skis last week for a family vacation. When I reserved them I was assured that the jet skis would be put in the water for us since we didn't have a boat. I got a call from someone the day before our rental who said, "you have a truck to put them in right?" I told him no and that I was guaranteed they would be put in the lake for us. His response (exactly) "nope. We don't have the guys and it's too much trouble so it's cancelled". He also mentioned something about the water being too low? We were very disappointed but the good news is we found a different (and professional) company who took care of us.. I will never rent from this place again. Terrible service.

Sean's the man & his entire staff is friendly & helpful. They, also supply you with awesome rental equipment & have all the gear you need for any adventure! Snowmobiles, SnowBikes, Jet Skis, Pontoon Boats. You, name it. Year round fun at Cascade Playtime Rentals!

This place is the go to rental spot. Seans super accommodating and hooked us up with all the gear we needed, gave us the local knowledge on where to go!! Will definitely be back and recommend this outfit to my friends. The pulled pork dinner when we got back to his spot was a huge plus! Homeboy can cook!!

Sean is the best! He's old school, but he's awesome. He knows the area better than anyone and is a very fair person. Feels good to support local.

Had an absolute blast snowmobiling and at a great value. We were treated like family by Shaun and his team which includes his family. My friends and I (army vets) did an 8 hr day. I wouldnt recommend doing that long of a day unless you are fully prepared to brave the elements and in pretty decent physical condition. Bring what you would need to stay cozy out in the wilderness (high energy snacks, extra socks, hand warmers etc.) They have most of everything you would need at the shop, but do prepare before hand. Also, another tip is if this is your first time familiarize yourself with the local trails, we downloaded a snowmobile app which allowed us to really go deep into the trails. After our long day, upon returning to the shop Shaun had dinner, drinks, hot-hot wood stove and great conversation. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back someday.

Love this place. Owner Sean and his family took great care of my girlfriend and I when we rented snowmobiles from them. He even dished us up some chili when we got back and we hung out for a bit. Excited to make the trip back out there soon!

Excellent experience! Our family didn't have reservations, but we walked in and the owner, Shawn, gave us amazing customer service! We spent 4 hours riding the ridge and had the best family time ever! We would definitely recommend this place and will be back to rent again!!

This place is so sketch..GOOGLE him before you rent from him (Shawn Parker). ACCOUNTS OF BURGLARY AND FRAUD. We had to try 3 different jet skis before 1 actually worked. By then we were done and wanted our money back. He said go out for 1 hour and that's all he would charge us for..we got back and he wasn't even there, and we were double charged..plus $30 for gas for our 1 hour of riding. He got so worked up when we tried to confront him..not worth it. Never have had such a sketchy experience before..beware.

My family and I rented ski doos here today. Don and bob were the absolute best! The place is very homey and cozy. Definitely recommend!

Sean was great and worked a really jive deal for us. We had a great time and saw some awesome views. Just wish the trails were marked a little better… but half the fun getting lost… would definitely recommend Sean for a no worries have some fun kind of place that doesn't try to talk you in to (unnecessary) guides and such. And his. Price included all the gear you could need, where others charge separately for that. I checked around and Sean was definitely the best deal around for snowmobiling.

Shawn hooked it up! Even when my friend wrecked one of his snowmobiles his number one concern was her safety, and luckily she came away with just bruises. I am looking forward to the next time I can get out there! I had an amazing time despite the wreck.

Made a few calls to schedule the trip, but it was definitely worthy. Here are some tips:
The additional $40 insurance DOES INCLUDE everything, gas, gears, double-riding..so it is recommended.
And do not ride the snowmobile too slow as it will overheat (surprisingly)
Other than that, everyone there was friendly, willing to help, professional. The trail is easy to ride and perfect for average people.

Went today – nice people, great service, quality equipment. Bobby even came looking for us later in the day as he knew we were likely the only people on the trails. We were fine, but thought that was really cool and shows how much they care.

Great place to rent Snow Mobiles. Great customer service, friendly and accommodating. The best experience we ever had. We and our friends had rented the snowmobiles with no problem. Great price. This place provides all the extras in the cost.The owners are always in the store helping customers. After a long day in the snow its nice to come back and have a yummy coffee. They were very professional and would highly recommend to anyone.

WORST experience!!! guy kept giving me different prices for the rentals! would hang up every time i would call just rude. Then ran my card for $1000 without even telling me he was going to do so…. just a very shady guy.

The service is great and the staff is there to make your day fantastic. My two grandson's had the time of their life's on a jet ski, and we are going back in August to do it all again. I have never seen the one grandson so happy!!!

These are some of the nicest folks around. They go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. Don even offered us breakfast the next day. The owner Sean even jumped in the lake to get a fish for my son. Hands down the best experience I've had renting a jet ski.

Took my two grown sons snowmobiling for the first time last week. We had a GREAT experience with the folks here. They gave us great customer service and exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time with jets rentals on Lake Cle Elem. Accommodating service, flexible and helpful.

We came a bit late for our snowmobile rental. The owner was super nice and gave us a good deal. When we came back from a ride (also a bit late) he was not rushing and we got bunch of local stories, which highlighted the spirit of the place, and set a perfect mode for everybody.

Rented a pontoon boat for a day on the lake w my family. Shawn and staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. I called a few weeks in advance and followed up to confirm – this makes sense to me during a busy season. Cascade Playtime pros put the boat in, loaded a cooler w ice and water for us and were especially patient and gracious with all of my nervous questions. We had an awesome day and I was so grateful.
It's Lake Cle Elum, not Lake Como. This is a casual, relaxed place with fun-lovin' folks and they certainly took great care of us. I've already got reservations again for later this summer.

SOOOOOO much fun snow mobiling!!!! We came as a group of 5 on President's Day and they were accomodating & quick to get us geared up and on a ride! The prices are fair and the staff were so wonderful, I truly felt like family! They were helpful & knowledgeable and I will definitely be returning to do more business with them in the future. Excellent customer service and I love their cute golden retriever that hangs around! =)

This family run business was a treat to spend the day with. The snowmobiles were fast and reliable-even after we wrecked them :). The food was free and really good…they even had espresso!
Trails are multiple and freshly groomed. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Best winter play destination-our new favorite!
