They are a scam, website is closed down (casabilanka.com) ordered item, never received. Still waiting on paypal.

Ordered Christmas ornament December 17. It鈥檚 almost March . I鈥檝e never received. But had to pay my credit card company for it !! I agree with every bad review they鈥檝e gotten. I have tried to contact them three times and it just says their support team is working on it. 馃憥

I ordered a gift on November 15. On December 11th I asked for a status update and was told my order was in transit. I have now requested a refund 3 times and all I get is a canned response.
STAY AWAY!

I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS. This 鈥渃ompany鈥?SUCKS!! Ordered a Christmas tree ornament on Dec 2, 2020. Two weeks later I wrote asking where my ornament was. I explained that it was VERY IMPORTANT as it would be part of a 30 consecutive year collection – a MAJOR family 鈥渆vent鈥?as they were hung each year. I was told not to be so impatient. It is now JANUARY 26th, and five letters later, still NO ORNAMENT. The asses at Casabilanka won鈥檛 even respond to my mail anymore.
CASABILANKA, in my experience, IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want to throw your money away.. From many other reviews I have seen, this is a very common practice for this company. My opinion is that they are an intentional RIP-OFF!!

Still have not received an order I ordered on 11/20/20 for Christmas, it is now 1/23/21!! Have sent many emails the first emails had automated response鈥漰lease be patient鈥? last few emails … no responses!

I ordered ornaments mid November ( delivery 5-14days) and still have not received the ornaments!! It is January 18th! Needless to say the ornaments were for Christmas 2020 not 2021! I have reached out to the company and have also received please be patient… and recently no response!

I ordered the mini-table saw as a Christmas present and have never received it! I wish I had seen these posts earlier because I wouldn't have ordered from them. I want a refund but their site is supposedly down. I would not recommend this company ever!

I ordered Sept 15 and all I got from support was it's in transit to be more patient but I finally asked for a refund and they said it's already in transit and still have yet to receive product or refund really disappointed cause I really wanted those purchases.

Absolutely, positively do not order from this company! Six solid weeks from time of order to delivery. Meantime, several emails back and forth, each time Diana saying that it was on the way, blaming delay on the pandemic. No carrier takes 6 weeks to deliver, pandemic or not. Finally got the tracking number. Don't think that the order was even shipped for the first month even though my credit card was immediately charged at time of order.

I bought this just to try this. I didn鈥檛 have any expectations at all actully.because I have try many products锛宻ince you know some of this items doesn鈥檛 work at all.but this does work, I been trying for over a week and I started notice some bald spots already. I will need to buy more for next.

i bought 2 in 1 cutter on Casabilanka.com . I saw comments on instagram . Everybody was talking about this company.I was little sceptial but worth it!! This is the best kitchen tool I have ever purchased!!! Very sturdy, easy to use, easy to clean. Cuts my prep time in half. Love it so much I bought one for my sons for Father's Day.
