Overall first experience for me was very good. Order processed and dispatched from Madrid via DHL in less than 24 hours and delivered in just under 48 hours from ordering

Normaly they say international delivery takes at least 3 working days+ after order been dispatched

I did not paid for any premium delivery or anything like that – just standard ~5鈧?if you buy books worth 19鈧?

Wed 15th April 2020 – Ordered 2 books worth about 30 EUR on Wednesday evening

Thu 16th April 2020 – Order processed and dispatched from Madrid via DHL

Fri 17th April 2020 Afternoon – Order delivered by DHL

I will continue to order from them for sure and will update review if service level changes significantly

I make a simple book order through the website, and carefully selected 'Delivery to Store' – but somehow in the process of completing my details the webform required my residential address and switched my choice automatically to home delivery. The order had been placed before I realised, and an extra 鈧? charged to my card. I immediately tried to contact Casa del Libro to cancel or change the order, but they failed to contact me before it was dispatched. I have since emailed customer service around 10 times, and every time they fail to understand. It is the worst customer service for an online purchase I have ever experienced.

Realic茅 un pedido de libro a trav茅s del sitio web y seleccion茅 cuidadosamente 'Entrega a la tienda', pero de alguna manera en el proceso de completar mis datos, el formulario web requer铆a mi direcci贸n residencial y cambi贸 mi elecci贸n autom谩ticamente a la entrega a domicilio. El pedido se hab铆a realizado antes de que me diera cuenta, y se cargaron 3 鈧?adicionales a mi tarjeta. Inmediatamente intent茅 contactar a Casa del Libro para cancelar o cambiar el pedido, pero no pudieron contactarme antes de que fuera enviado. Desde entonces, he enviado un correo electr贸nico al servicio al cliente unas 10 veces, y cada vez que no lo entienden. Es el peor servicio al cliente para una compra en l铆nea que he experimentado.

Made 2 orders, first order was cancelled because they didnt have a book, 2nd order was shipped.

I re booked the first order, which then arrived before the 2nd order.

the 2nd order was attempted to be delivered twice, but never was, this was a lie as i waited for the delivery.

I went into the store, and they told me that it was a problem with the delivery and they would be re sent out as soon as possible, then i get an email stating that they no longer have the books in stock, just like the original first order? So why was the order never cancelled in the first place?

Full of lies, awful service, oh and they never replied to any of the emails I sent.

He realizado varias compras, 3 concretamente, en el sitio Casa del libro y nunca he tenido ning煤n problema con mis datos o con las entregas. Quiz谩s el servicio de informaci贸n de envios no es todo lo eficiente que quisiera como cliente, pero los descuentos y promociones sin costes de env铆o equilibran ese peque帽o detalle.
