One of the worst online purchase experience of my life. The plants looked gorgeous and I spent quite a lot of money online buying many high end plants. Since the order has been processed the experience has only gotten worse. The shipping company tracking was not working properly, the delivery got delayed several times and got no communication from Casa Botanica whatsoever. When finally the order came in, only half the order arrived and the conditions of the plants was horrible. Most of them were dead or dying, really poor conditions.
I tried to contact Casa Botanica several times on their phone number, never got an answer. Wrote an email and several days later finally got an aggressive reply where Casa Botanica was blaming me for what happened saying I should have warned them of the delay so they could have taken measure to fix it (I tried calling them at least 10 times).

End of the story they refused to offer a full refund for the half delivered, mostly dead, plants and stopped replying my emails. I am now left with 10 empty plastic pots and hundreds of euros less in my bank account.
Do not buy from this company, I cannot stress this enough. Basically a scam
